Bit of a wait due to short staffing and prioritizing drive through over counter orders for hungry delivery drivers. But overall a decent customer service experience and orders were made correctly as I expect from this brand. Would be 5 stars if I was not waiting for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged at counter and did not have to ask 3 times for the sauces on my recipt.

The girl running drive thru, didn't know the menu and was not appropriate while taking our order. She was highly unprofessional and her manager ended up taking over. I've never liked this Burger King to begin with, I just wanted some jalapeño bites and didn't want to drive to Etown. I will next time.

Changed the Impossible Burgers to Impossible Kings, no lettuce or tomato (yuck). Manager remade order, thanks Crystal, need to made product board more clear and they put cheese on my burgers when I asked for them without.

I've been to my fair share of Burger King's in my day. This one is questionably the slowest. 3 out of 3 times I've went. Nothing wrong with that when the food comes out fine but it's notable.

I always liked Burger King since the 70s. Yes they've been here in E-town since then. I've never had any issues with their food it's always been good every time I eat there the service was good to keep up the great tradition.

They're very slow only had four people one decided to go to break and was very rude to customer I had two orders for a doordash and they took over 15 minutes

Most of the time something is wrong when I come here but they are always open when I need food and its good.

Picked up for an Uber eats on Wednesday evening and the girl at the window was as sweet as she can be. Pulled into there at the same time as someone in pulled into McDonald’s next door, and when I came back through after dropping off the order, the same car was still in the drive through at McDonald’s. I love this BK, and I wish they would teach the staff at the mulberry location a thing or 10 about customer service!! Great job!!!
