Mcdonald's

My family lives close to this location. We ordered on the mobile app last night about 30 minutes before close and went up there. When we got in the curbside spot, we put the spot number to get the order started, and not long after that a worker came out to say they had closed at 10pm. The app didn't say anything about then closing early, and we had already been charged for the order. When we went back in this morning to get it refunded, the manager had no idea about having closed early the night before and told us we "should" receive a refund from the app since it wasn't fulfilled, even though I had all of the notifications showing that it was fulfilled, I just didn't have the food from it.

McDonalds has gone down hill in quality and service so much over the years I just quit going. The only reason I was there this time was bc my step son got good grades and wanted French fries. This location in particular is one of the worst. It's mis-managed and has been for as long as I've lived in Sellersburg. As a result they are always short staffed and never apologetic about mistakes.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve lived here for 6 years, and never have they got an order right. I give them the benefit of the doubt every time. The food is always cold, the orders are always wrong and the straw that broke the camels back, was I ordered and paid, and then as they were about to give me my food they said the order was declined. Then as I order again I wait 25 minutes to get my food. Terrible service will never come again
