I'm sure they are doing their best, and I sincerely mean as best as possible, based on the number of staff members available, but a couple of items were missed on my order. As the line was wrapped around the building, just didn't want to wait.
I submit that money alone is not the answer to the employee shortage, prospective employees have a vote and those that join and stay tend to have a reason beyond pay, which historically ranks third or fourth for employee retention.

If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. They are the rudest people I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The manager decided she needed to yell at me for trying to order at the outdoor window after I was told by an employee already told me I could do so. After I told her that she yelled at me that I was wrong and she refused to take my order. Their car stalls have been closed for months even though they have a line around the building most times during the day. Each time I’ve gone there recently my food is cold even though they say that it’s made to order. Cold hamburgers and cold, stale French fries are not worth a 30 minute wait with overpriced food options. My advice is not to visit this Sonic location and my advice to cooperate is the fire this manager!

Terrible customer service received this morning from the manager on duty this morning. The pricing for customers had not been updated to reflect a price Increase. When it was brought to the managers attention at the window, he asked me if i "wanted the food or not".. I then asked him with my credit card in hand if he would honor the total thats displayed due to his incorrect pricing and he simply said "no"...then he closed the window. This location is serving a community of valued people and this behavior is unacceptable. I also called corporate and while they were on speaker phone, they heard this manager refuse to give his name and receipt information when asked. Please provide coaching or remove this individual from direct interaction with the public.

I'm alway happy with my order usually its never wrong. But today I went to sonic I used the app and now they have a feature were you can leave a tip. So that's what I did. Well I asked the car hop I believe that is what you call them. Well anyways I asked will you get the tip she said no it goes to the store WHAT. Guess they should make you aware of that in the app.

We had a terrible experience at our last visit. My mother was asking for a chicken tender meal with mozzarella sticks instead of tater tots, but one of their employees denied this order. The employee consistently talked over my mother, and would say she didn't understand when she didn't even give my mother a chance to speak. English is my mother's second language; she doesn't have a heavy accent, and could be understood easily. We did not catch the name of the employee. This sonic has really has gone down hill and if it hires employees like this -who disrespect their customers- then I can see business declining even further in the future.

I know they're doing the best they can but right now thus place is really a joke. Every time we go the wait is ridiculous. Tonight we were there almost an HOUR!!! We waited in the parking spot 20 mins waiting for someone to respond to the button before giving up and getting in the drive thru line which we sat in for 40 MINUTES!!! YES I realize we chose to stay but when you've already been there so long and think "just a little longer..we have waited this long" it's a joke. There were 3 people yotal working. No sense of urgency. I know everyone is shirt staffed but we will never be back.

I won’t lie. Sonic impressed me! 2 combos ordered and a specialty shake. Under 20 bucks people!! And y’all know anywhere else you paying higher 20 dollars minus a specialty anything!! Salute goes to you Sonic!!

I hate to even give them one star ... But this evening was awful . Waited around for 30 mins to not get our order taken at the monitors or drive through . The store was still open, and looked fully staffed. We literally watched 4 or 5 people standing around socializing inside the building. One guy even walked outside to talk on the phone right in front of our car with the most vulgar language....
