I thought this was Baskin Robins... Not McDonald's. They are supposed to be open until 10. We went by an hour before closing and they could not make any milkshakes because they had already shut the machines down. I used to work at a BR in Georgia. It does not take an hour to clean a milkshake machine. That's crazy. Lots of people were being turned away because of this. Followed the car in front of us to steak n shake.

Both times I’ve been here the employees were rude. Only giving 1 star because the ice cream was good but won’t be going back to this location

I have been here five times and I've tried to give it the benefit of that out every time. The ice cream always has ice chunks in it meaning that it's old. I wanted strawberry and they barely had one scoop and it was the bottom of the barrel and they should have just told me that it was out. Probably not going to go here ever again.

I went today at about 12pm I ordered a banana royal I only got 1 kid size scoop (it's suppose to be 2 regular scoops of your choice of ice cream)that look runny mind you i paid $6 for this garbage I've never had a bad experience like this before and I've been coming to this location for years me and my family won't be back😡also I went thru the drive thru I guess they thought I wouldn't notice

The ice cream was so soft as it was handed to us. Just like the freezers weren't working well. I got two scoops, I ate the first one. The second scoop fell off into the floor of the car and broke into a million pieces. Sure was craving the sugar cone the most . So for almost $5 only ate one small scoop of ice cream only and the rest was in the floor. Very bad experience. Will not be going back. We did not go for soft serve ice cream.
