I’ve always loved Panera, and I don’t want to be “that person” but the last 3 of my 4 app orders have been incorrect and if it’s because of out-of-stock ingredients that’s fine, but I wish they would reach out and let me know when the avocado I paid extra for is out of stock. I don’t want to pay extra for something I’m not going to receive. I’ve spoken to management at this location and while the customer service I received was great, I would prefer to see improvement in order accuracy and communication. I just want peace of mind that I’m not paying for a premium ingredient that I didn’t receive.

Adding to my review from 10 months ago. After taking off about 6 months, my family started going here again. Orders are still frequently wrong or poor quality. The last 4 iced coffee I've ordered on the app have had coffee grounds in them (and taste terrible). Usually I don't check until I'm driving away, but today I looked as I was sitting there waiting for a refund and exchanged it for tea. They had run out of an item I ordered (apparently hours earlier) but the app did not say out of stock. Not sure if that's the restaurant's fault or the app. Two other varieties said out of stock so I ordered the other one...
We're fairly new to the area and started coming to this location in Dec/Jan. At first, it was slow but good. Now, it's ridiculously slow, and at least the last 6 orders have had something wrong or missing. Apparently pastries are only to be eaten for breakfast or lunch, because anytime I try to order one after 4:30 or 5, all they have left is cookies. This afternoon, I ordered a large iced coffee, light ice, like I do several times a week. At the window, I was handed a small, which often happens. Sometimes I correct them, sometimes I don't. Today I did mention it was supposed to be large. As he's closing the window, he said "I'll put it in a large cup." It was odd how he said it though. He handed it back in a large crammed full of ice. Pretty sure, he dumped it in a bigger cup and added ice, not coffee. When I scooped out the ice so it wouldn't be watered down, it was half full. The time before that, I gave my credit card at the window and waited a long time, when I happened to notice the lady I gave my card to was in the parking lot talking to someone in the pick up area. Um... strange. Finally, someone else came to the window, handed me a bag, and I had to ask for my card back. I didn't realize until I got home, they had not given me the drink I ordered (for someone else) and one of the sandwiches had peppadew peppers which I had asked to be left off. Also recently, when ordering in, the cashier must have been new because she was less than helpful. I have ordered extra bread slices more than once. She insisted I couldn't, they don't sell it by the slice. Funny, after I paid, another employee assured me they do and rang it up. For my child's birthday, this is what he picked for his bday meal. The avocados on his sandwhich were dark and stringy. Another time I ordered a family meal deal with cookies to go - they left out the cookies. It's mind boggling that others have commented about orders being wrong for over 6 months, yet, apparently nothing is being done to fix the issue!

Was sadden by this visit. My bf and I both got bagel sandwiches.. when we arrived there only appeared to be like 3 tables already eating, so not busy 9am. My bfs bagel was burnt he had to go and ask for cheese, and his egg wasn't cooked right. He would have asked for a replacement but was afraid It would take what seemed forever to get a new one. The Quality of food was not worth what we paid. We had to wipe down our own table, the whole time we were there nobody cleaned off any of the tables 85 percent seemed to be dirty. :( not or best experience.

Unfortunately, this is probably one of the most disgusting restaurants in Elizabethtown. I would avoid coming here until they get things sorted out. Bugs, trash, everywhere. They had their charged lemonades in pitchers, uncovered. People can spit in them, stick their fingers in it. Complete disregard for sanitation and public health safety. You have trash all over your dining room, constantly. Workers walking back and forth like they’re lost. Every time I get a soup, it’s normally lukewarm to cold. I tried a new sandwich, drenched in sauce and there was nothing in between the bread really, wasn’t worth the almost 10 dollars I spent. I would suggest making changes. This is inexcusable. It’s a public health hazard.

Went through the drive thru the girl was very helpful and nice.
Got my food it wasn't what I ordered was supposed to be steak it was slimy chicken in my bowl, my sandwich was a lettuce sandwich NO meat and it was to expensive.

Everyone is very nice here. They’re open late enough to get an evening coffee, if you’re into that. But to recapitulate my former point, the staff is always cheery and kind. Being greeted with a smile by the staff can honestly completely change the course of a bad day.
