This is insane I spent 32 bucks drove home 45 mins and all the hard tacos had no meat and the shells was soggy and the food all together tasted terrible and I would like to know the name of the girl who gave me my food she was rude and snoody

Every time we go here our order is messed up. Ask for no sour cream we get sour cream. Sometimes we get food we didn’t order or they just give us whatever they feel like. We get charged for food we don’t get. We use drive thru most of the time. Must be the problem. Tired of the mess ups. Check your order before you leave!!!!!! We certainly won’t go back. When you pay for extra chicken you should get extra chicken. Costs $1.20. Does this look like extra chicken....CHECK YOUR ORDER ALWAYS.
***update. Came back almost a year later.figured it would changed by now. It’s still bad. They didn’t have chicken.
Employees no gloves, pulling up pants, then touching food. Poured there own drinks and freezes and hung out and drank them in front of me while waiting for my burrito to bake. Not sanitary. Be careful with the employees working.

Quite possibly my worst Taco Bell experience. Cold tortillas, way too much sour cream on everything, we were rushed through our order at the drive-thru, and just overall disappointing.

The two young ladies at the drive thru were lovely and left a sweet little note on my coffee cup that really made my day--thank you girls, I really needed your kind words!!

Until taco bell starts opening up the dine in section I will no longer eat at taco bell. I drive a large truck that doesn't fit in the drive through. Change that and I will change my review.
