Great Ambience and amazing people out here..we discovered this place while we were heading back from High Rock Lookout, and it was pretty late in the night (around 11PM), but they were still very accommodating and were open to get us the order. Food was delicious. They have a billiards table, and they have some cool $1 bills stuck on the walls with personalized stuff written on it..
OK a bit delayed in posting this however; most justified, my cheeseburger rating quest continues. Been traveling to jobsites from southern Oregon to Bellingham WA basically the I-5 corridor for past year with fellow cheeseburger rating co-worker.
Elbe Bar & Grill remains Champs. Yes, there close calls: Corral Burgers in Long Beach WA, Market Street Pub in Chehalis, WA and the closest was Fat Moose in Woodland WA.
Many failures on the way, of course, No Chains allowed must be local or don't get my dollars.
Those of you isolated in Remote Elbe, Rejoice!

My Son Bret drives me out usually on Sunday! We eat drink and see friends! The service and waitresses and bar tenders are very attentive,,. We love the Elbe Tavern. The food is amazing!!
First thing we noticed is NO ONE (guests or staff) wore masks, thus why I knocked one star off. But if you like a spicy Bloody Mary like I do, you'll lovem. We ordered a combo pizza which probably weighed 10 pounds and was DELICIOUS, even cold the next day for breakfast, but they forgot the pepperoni, but still full of flavor. Be patient!
