Laid back with friendly bartenders. A great mix of people. I really like the laid back attitude on the juke box where no one monopolizes the tunes.

I've gone to Clancy's many times. Ok service and drinks. I go to karaoke. ..not to be bothered by homeless people. I was there tonight, 9/23/16, with my fiancé. Friday night for karaoke. A young man walks in to the bar, obviously homeless, and starts chatting with the bartender. He asks her "what do you drink"? I chime in and say "water"!. Neither of them thought I was funny. She gives him a free beer. I'm sure she bought it for him. (Right). The guy starts in on me. Asks my name. .I say Linda. He says...."is that your government name? " I'm irritated. Why is the bartender buying this crazy guy a drink? Prior to singing I saw the guy bothering another couple. When I got up to sing. ..homeless dude was bothering a couple up front. I got on microphone and asked if they were here to sing. They said no but their dad was. I asked the homeless guy to leave. After singing I went to the couple and they thanked me. Later bartender asked the homeless guy to go in the back area with her. I went to the bathroom and she looked like she was reprimanding. I was still irritated he was still here. I so wanted to go say something. ..but didn't. Later I here another problem with another patron . I went to ask him about it. So irritated. Dave is a regular there. He was having an issue with him too. Nothing is being done about this. I go back to the bar and ask bartender " are you related to him"? She said no. .seemed irritated I asked. I sang some more. Had fun. Then bartender is in front of me with this guy. ....seems like she is trying to get him to leave. ...I say "you need to leave "... bartender then proceeds to chew me out. ..I have no business getting in the middle of things. She is YELLING at me. A customer. I was a victim. ...and yet this bartender was yelling at me over this homeless man she bought a drink for. REALLY! She leaves with the guy to the front of the bar. Others go outside and gets crazy. Now no bartender to get drinks. .. Finally everyone comes in and the bartender comes to me and started yelling at me how I was out of line and should have let her handle things. REALLY. . NEVER GOING BACK! !!

Cute little dive. Older regular crowd, so it tends to close up early. Pool table and juke.

Pool table, occasional spread of food, awsome bartenders, good prices and cool smoking lounge in the back.
