Truly living up to “old town patio” vibes, this place has a basic beer menu with two sizes: pint and Big Dog. The food menu has staples and staples only, so don’t expect to roll in for fancy and over prepped cuisines.
All in all, it’s exactly what I was looking for! Perfect example of a small local bar in a quiet area, and with splendidly friendly service to boot. We’ll definitely be back!

What’s there not to like about this gem? Excellent burgers, cold beer and great service from Courtney(I believe). Several large TV’s for your sports pleasure too. Outside patio is roomy and very chill. I’ll definitely be back.

Great dive bar the patio burgers is off the hook cooked outside on a grill and cooked well not over done. nice staff and in the summer the outside patio is nice.

What a cool bar! Good music at a good volume, so it’s easy to have a conversation. The patrons and staff are really friendly. The patio is an awesome place to have a drink and/or food with friends.

Somewhat of a local institution (aka beer bar). Great outdoor patio (especially nice in warm weather). Hamburgers are good and the beer is cold (that line might be Jimmy Buffet's new song). Adequate street parking.

A great "old man bar". Great burgers on a patio that feels like it's in someone's paved over back yard. Sassy waitresses and lots of different beers on tap. A great spot to spend your lunch hour or retirement.

Love this place! Had a great day here back in September 2015 had the best Big Dog Chilli bun that I have ever had in my life! Friendly bar staff and locals! A must visit if you are in this neck of the woods!

I have been here about 6 times on my two weeks of vacation here and they have great burgers. bar tenders are really nice. like a little cheers of El Sugundo. everybody knows everybody. fun place.
