I used to live in the Ventura county area and never got a chance to visit the Habit until recently. The original Habit burger joint is in Santa Barbara but we visited the El Segundo location. I Got received a ticket for a free burger from the Habit Burger Grill, so after work I headed to the closest place and they said your ticket has been use. And didn't validate my ticket. Why give a use ticket. Or not Validate a ticket that the franchise gives out.

Beef patties tasted like they were thawed and frozen again, wasn't fresh, French Fries were good. Overall I'll try again maybe I'll get a better tasting Burger. I give it 4 stars cuz customer service is very good.

The food was good. Restaurant wasn't as clean as it should have been. The girl that was making the shakes kept just placing them on the counter in front of other people that were picking up other orders. Allowing them to breathe on peoples drinks.

I really enjoyed this burger. I have found a new burger place for me to visit. They have really good onion rings, and green beans. Good size burger. Try it and let me know what you think.

I wanted to try something different than in n out and I was very happy with the experience! The option for different sides was great and the burger was really good. I recommend giving this place a shot!
