Review Mcdonald's - El Paso

All employees are very helpful and attentive. On my experience I don’t have any bad comments about the service in this McDonald’s. Graciela is always very helpful with everyone..❤️❤️🙏🙏thank you!.Doordash and Uber orders always on time.

Very clean location, has kiosks or cashiers as options to order food. Very friendly staff and fast service! Favorite place for the family.

It’s not my nearest McDonald’s yet always come to this one cause of the good service. Always puts napkins and ketchup. Fries always fresh and hot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It has a very decent play area for kids although the toddler area would be better if it had more games or a little slide. Drive Tru is usually fast and staff are friendly. Bathrooms are decent. Floors are kept clean but I would suggest to pay attention to the drinks area, also the high chairs need a very deep clean as they were a little nasty when we visited. The AC is at a very comfortable temperature.

3 years later... and I have to say... I'M LOVIN IT! A big fan of mobile orders ALWAYS FAST AND FRESH! my walk in experience is always amazing great staff!! My orders through drive thru are always so smooth Hot and fast. The food is always FRESH! Great customer service! Clean facility! Thank you Mickey D’s staff!

I love this location. Their ice vanilla coffee is always on point. I go very frequently almost every day. This is the only location I know to always have the same amount of everything they put in the coffee. It's never too strong or too sweet or even watery cause other locations are like that. This location is always constant.

I’m a regular customer at this McDonald’s, I’ve been eating here for several years now. The employees are courteous and prompt when giving your order. The store manager is polite and she is constantly checking the restaurant for any items needing attention.

You know what you're getting when you come here. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a basket of fries (it's cheaper than the large fries). It tasted okay and kept me from being hungry the rest of the afternoon. It cost about $6. No complaints.

Fast service, but impersonal. Order from ordering computer monitors. Ketchup equipment empty, yeah, yeah pandemic. Folks pandemic has been over. Ask for ketchup they give 20 packs.

I asked for ketchup 3x to make sure I got some, and with all the food I ordered, they put two packets. What is the problem with the ketchup? Is there a new policy worldwide that you are required to be stingy with it? This happens literally every time I go. If you forget to ask, you get 0. If you ask, sometimes they will put 1 packet. Am I supposed to split one packet between 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries? One star for having a stinginess policy.

There is a lady that has been there for a while. She welcomes us she's always smiling. She has good customer skills!

Just had the worst experience at McDonald's... These kids kept saying my daughter was pushing them. I tried to explain to them she's not pushing you, she's trying to get your attention. so she can talk to you because she's deaf and doesn't talk like you do. she talks with her hand. And while this is going on, parents don't seem to care or step in. Then they started calling her a baby and I told them do not call her a baby. she is not a baby. ( trying to be the most calmest person and educating children about my daughter) mom walks over and goes who was calling who a baby. I told her I don't know which girl it was but one of them was calling my daughter a baby and I told them don't call her a baby because she's not one. This lady got up into my face leaning over the baby stroller. Telling me she's the supervisor of McDonald's and that I not can't yell at kids. I told her if you were supervising your kids. I wouldn't have corrected them and I was not yelling. Your kid is been bullying my kid since we've been here. If you got your nose out of your paperwork and watch your kid, you would know what's going on. Her: I'm the supervisor of McDonald's I'm going to call the cops on you. you need to teach your kids how to behave. Me: I told her do not tell me how to correct my kid, my daughter is hard of hearing. her way of getting someone's attention is by tapping them on the shoulder and sometimes she can be a little rough. She only 3yr and this girl was about 10 years old. Then she goes and get somebody they end up calling the cops. she speaking to them in Spanish and I'm asking her what she saying and that she needs to speak English. She told me she doesn't have to speak English that I should learn Spanish and blah blah blah. That's what I really got pissed off I told her this is America learn to speak English. ( I know I probably should have said that but I was so pissed) Here the supervisor of McDonald's acting like this when her kid was bullying my kid. Why in the world would she bring her kids while she is working. My kid who is hard of hearing and cannot stick up for herself... I left McDonalds in tears, i was trying to have a nice evening with my kids.
