Review Pizza Hut - El Paso

I would love to give this review 10 stars if I can. Big thanks to Ruben! I requested my pizza to be well done in a specific way. This gentleman he took care of it. Not just he listens to the customer's request but he make sure that everything is right on.

My daughter and I debated whether to take it home or eat in. Place was clean, food was fresh and hot, but the only thing that was off was the sauce. I think they changed the sauce😬. The guy at the register was really nice and made us laugh. Great customer service. 🙏💙

On par with other Pizza Hut experienced around the country. Pizza was ready on time. And the family box is a really good deal!

We hadn't eaten anything from pizza hut in a few years so we decided to give it a go. It was great, the stuffed crust pizza was awesome. But I don't expect to be doing this again in a long time. Overall I'd say that their pizzas haven't changed much their still very good and filling of course.

I normally do not have great experiences at Pizza Huts. This time, the waitress met us immediately as we came in, sat us, and took our orders very quickly. The wait time was not long at all and the pizza was good (as usual--my issues with the PH's are usually with the service, not the food). She was wearing mask and gloves, and she was really nice. Glad to find a good one so nearby.

Worst Service ever!! Last After waiting for my pizza 1 1/2 hours it arrived and It was missing 3 of the 4 ingredients we ordered it with! When I tried calling, the call center told me a manager would call me back, never happened, I called again today they transferred my call to the store, all I got was an answering machine 3 times!! Is this a joke!?

Seriously the worst service ever. 4 tables walked out before us. Nobody got their pizza , a big disaster. We didn't get our drinks after 20 minutes and that's bc we had to go ask for it. Like 8 people complaining and manager couldn't handle it.

2 hours waiting for my pizza. Finally called them to see what the problem was. Apparently they lost my order. They then proceeded to put me on hold and forgot about me. Waited 20 minutes and decided to hang up and call again. I wasn't even offered an apology. Worst part is my 2 year now thinks we lied to her about having pizza for dinner. Never ordering from this joint again.

Okay, 3 stars because its middle ground. Started at a one and ended with a five, the difference in shifts! Ordered online and the pizza arrived roughly 20 minutes late. PRIOR to this, I had called and was told the manager would call me back when trying to find out if my order was on the road or still at the store. Drove over to empty store counters before my friends texted that my pizza finally arrived. Drove back to discover the pizza was made incorrectly. So ONE STAR for the manager who was on duty at that time. -SHIFT CHANGE OCCURS AT STORE- Drove back with the bad pizza and the manager Betty was AWESOME! She was at the front to greet/take orders and was apologetic over the messed up order. Made the replacement pizza right then and there and put credit on the account for a future order since I've wasted over 2 hours due to the mess. FIVE STARS! So for whoever was in charge BEFORE Betty arrived, shame on you! We could see the mess you guys left behind for her and her shift to clean! As for Betty and her crew, keep up the good work!
