Shrimp tacos are absolute 🔥 FUEGO 🔥 in the best way! I stumbled into this hidden gem, and was so glad oeasebtky surprised!! The place was casual, really nice people and service, and absolutely fantastic shrimp tacos! It was my first visit, definitely not my last! Shrimp was light and perfectly crisp, the sauce was spicy and flavorful and the slaw on top was fresh and so yummy!! New favorite hidden gem 💎

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!! Its also very convenient for me since I have night classes at western tech! My go to dishes here are the Grilled Chicken wrap with extra spicy mayo, try it i promise you it'll be amazing and the beef short rib plate. Don't forget the spam musubi !! I stop here for dinner 2+ times a week for the past 3 months lol! Have not had any problems with anything! Customer service is 10 stars along with food quality and consistency of delicious food!

This place is a must stop to get your Pacific Island food fix. The poke bowl was incredible with orange rice. The musubi is quite tasty too with the combination of the orange rice.

Fantastic place!!! I highly recommend it!!! This little restaurant is a nice addition to the very many different places to get some grub at in EP!!! There are some authentic chamorro dishes available & some new style dishes mashed up with the same great island taste! Which I find super creative. Portion sizes are very decent for the price. I currently reside in Alaska & try dining there for $8.95 to $10.95 a plate.. you wont get much. I have visited several times to dine in & also attended private parties hosted there, both very positive experiences. Food is very tastey, seasoned just right. I was raised in a chamorro household & the seasoning is on point!! I have also ordered catering through Flaming Island Grill for 25 people. This consisted of BBQ chicken, red rice & mac salad, again very positive feed back from my party and I feel it was reasonably priced. So far I have tried: -spam musubi - fried piece of spam with red rice wrapped in a piece of seaweed.. I usually put fina'denne all over it & eat it with the mac salad (which I add - because I love it) -island plate with both the BBQ chicken & beef short ribs (I added extra for a fee - which I was totally cool with because they are delicious!) -shrimp tacos - 2 large tacos with fried shrimps in them with salad & dressing... I always have an entire taco leftover from this. -sweet & spicey chicken - fried pieces of chicken that arent heavily breaded & are tossed in a sweet chili sauce.. its served with rice but I also add the mac salad to my order. -& the flaming island fries - ginormous portion of fries covered in the BBQ chicken, spicey mayo, BBQ sauce, cheese, tomatoes & green onions.. you need a fork for these & I always have leftover... Sometimes they even have specials like the chicken, beef & shrimp keleguen (meat mixed with salt & lime juice) on different days. I say, if your a fan of any of the keleguens call ahead to see if they have it available. Latiya dessert & rosketti cookies are also available on select days. The restaurant is very clean & so are the restrooms! BTW, they also have coffee available! I use it to dunk my rosketti cookies in!!!!! And the staff! They're superb!!! Super fast & friendly!!!!! If you all are in the northeast, do stop in & give this hidden gem a try!!!!!! Keep up the great work Flaming Island Grill you all will be a definite stop everytime I visit the 915!!!!! I absolutely admire another fellow Chamorros effort in sharing a portion of our culture. 💜💜
