I don't go very often, but the burgers were really good. I wish they would bring back the teriyaki burger. Gave a 3-star for atmosphere because I only do the drive-thru, but the exterior is kept clean.

The food is great! My boyfriend and I got the number 2, and they tasted good. Meat was cooked just right, bacon was crispy!

I came in late at 10ish to eat here for the first time and found the restaurant clean and the staff at the counter were very polite. I needed help navigating the menu cuz I didnt know what went into the sandwiches but the guy at the register (thanks Adam 🙏) was really helpful

Kinda disappointed. We do not have Carl's Jr. In Louisiana, so I was so looking forward to a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and fried zucchini. Arrived around 11 am after ordering on the app. Was told when I drove up to drive thru that the fryers had to be reset and it would be a few minutes. Told them I would drive around and park. About 10 minutes later food was brought out. The worker was very nice. The zucchini was hot and fresh but the burger was cold and dry. There was hardly any BBQ sauce on the sandwich. Everything should have been hot and fresh.

I ordered the Superstar burger combo and asked for no mayo, no special sauce and asked that they add heavy mustard, extra tomato & extra pickles. I had to add mustard at home, there was no extra tomato, the lettuce leaf was limp and unappetizing, and they put ketchup packets that had been god-knows-where in god-knows-whose hands on top of my fries. This is a FILTHY habit that most fast-food places have and I HATE it!!
To date, the Lee Trevino/Montwood restaurant near Hanks High School prepares the best sandwiches using the freshest veggies, they don't put ketchup packets on top of fresh food people are going to put in their mouth, AND they can on the first try, prepare a custom-ordered burger to my specifications!!
All the other locations me to send their employees over there to be properly trained.

The hot my order wrong not once but TWICE!! The second time they gave me two free items AND STILL got the order wrong!! SMH 🤬
I CANNOT BE PLACATED BY FREEBIES!!
If had wanted them I would have ordered them!
It is beyond annoying that what it seems I can't have is EXACTLY WHAT I PAY FOR!!
Thankfully the Northeast store on Dyer and Diana has never screwed up like this.

All employes in this location are very nice and attentive. Nowadays great customer service its rare, especially in fast food restaurants. Food is also good and great presentation as well. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be coming back!

My daughter & I were hungry it was way past our dinner. So we decided to stop at Carl's Jr. before heading home. We ordered the western combo and the chicken sandwich with bacon combo and medium onion rings! They hot the spot both very tasty & delicious meals. The service was quick & friendly. We will definitely be returning! 😃😋🤗🤩

Food is good I love there zucchini it's very tasty their hamburgers are fresh everybody makes a mistake once in awhile in the Drive-Thru so if you care to drop in and eat inside you can do so their Lobby isu

Carls Jr is still my favorite fast food restaurant!! They have the greatest selection of burgers/sandwiches of all fast food places. I also like the grilled taste of their patties/meat. There is something for everyone on their menu! You can't go wrong! :-)
