Mcdonald's

I'm not sure what is happening to McDonalds anymore. Just because they are offering two for $6.00 hamburgers does it mean they have to sell them dry even their fries that use to be the best now are also dry and not crunchy anymore. The costs of food has gone up and when hamburgers are offered at a great price does that mean the food (hamburgers) have to be sitting there under the lamps and give us dry burgers and fries??? Not is not good at all. Never again.

We went to McDonald's because the 3 of us were very hungry and we all agreed that McDonald's was the place everyone would eat at. We dined in after placing my order on the APP. The first employee who came up to me spoke in Spanish and I responded in English ( I know Spanish) she became very rude and made a face and walked away. She apparently told another employee to help us. I told the employee I had already placed my order, gave him my code and he said my order should be ready in a few minutes. That's when I asked about the Disney toys and he said they didn't have any. Once our order came they forgot one of our drinks and the first employee that greeted us made a face asked us to check our try again and rudely gave us the glass. We sat down at a table that was so dirty and sticky. I was going to tell the manager but my child didn't want me to make a big deal about it. We just ate on top of a lot of napkins. After we ate she wanted a Mcflurry but as usual the ice cream machine wasn't working. It's fairly easy to say we are NEVER going back to THAT McDonald's again. The employees are rude, incompetent, and the place is just disappointing.

They were a little off this time. Person taking payment was not at window so when I went to window where food is given I had to wait a little longer. Also, I ordered the double quarter pounder and to be honest it's been one of the worst burgers I have ever received at McDonald's. It seems it was old and dry and a little burnt( the meat patties). Unusual because they are usually very consistent with everything.

Staff are nice and friendly. 2 stars because the atmosphere is unbelievably uncomfortable. It feels like a freezer inside...like so cold it hurts your ears. Asked an employee (who was wearing a jacket inside btw)...and apparently it's always like that! Sodas were flat too which is super disappointing because everyone knows McDonald's has the best fountain coke. Won't be dining at this location again. 😬
