I had my spouse go in and order two of their Reuben sandwiches. I was quite disappointed with the kid sized amount of fries and a soggy sandwich. I then decided to call in and ask if this could all be fixed due to the less than appealing presentation of the meal. I spoke to Andrew, the store manager. He called the owner and they could not replace or refund the entire order but agreed to replace one full meal which sounded great to me. Andrews exceptional customer service completely made up for the soggy mess we were given. I am actually more than grateful for Andrew's friendliness and eager attempt to remedy the situation. Andrew, thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely return to try the plethora of deliciousness shown on the reviews and photos. I look forward to meeting with you. You definitely know the true meaning to what excellent customer service really is. I very much appreciated speaking with such a pleasant and professional young man. Thanks again Andrew...I will spread the word. You are awesome!!!

Great sandwich. I had the gangsta from New York. Don Corleone style. It is a huge sandwich. I ate half and I am stuffed. The potato salad was really good too. Place wasn't packed but one server made it hard to have quality customer service. Food was good enough to overcome that. I will return!

I wish I would have taken pics of my Corned Beef Reuben. Fantastic!! They use Boar's Head meats so you know it is quality. Stacked so high I just barely finished the whole thing! Will definitely go again and bring the family. Is it totally like NY Bronx deli? No. Is it still an awesome sandwich place? Hell yeah!

Customer service was outstanding!!!! They took care of us and were very friendly! They were about to close when we showed up, but they still took our order and helped set an area for us outside. We will be returning because of the kindness of the staff and the yummy food!

Grab your money and go there immediately and you won't be sorry at all folks!!!💜💜💜💜💜Went there today...the one on Joe Battle...great customer service, clean place, reasonable prices and the pastrami sandwich was superb and I brought two pounds of Boars Head pastrami and the zturtle cheesecake is tee totally fabulous!!! I am now a permanent customer for life!😀💜💜💜

Best Philly and Chicken Parmigiana sandwiches in El Paso!!! Definitely worth the price. Good service also. Try the Philly w fresh Jalapeños... yummy!

Very welcoming friendly staff. Ordered tortilla soup that had a thick, creamy consistency with chunks of chicken, a mound of avocado and the perfect amount of crispy tortilla strips to balance out the soup. Best recommendation for a sub was the Joolie Mamoolie... very filling with the just right amount of spice(jalapeños). Thank you Jose for making the best Joolie Mamoolie for us.

This place is amazing. If you stop at subway over this place, you are dumb. For $10, I received the best portion of food I have ever seen. The tuna was amazing and service was great!
