Review Wingstop - El Paso

Food was great! Service too only issue was the time it takes for dine-in orders to be fulfilled, they have way too many online orders and apparently they take preference over dine-in customers, other than that very recommended.

Came for dinner around 8. Ordered my food. Big rush came in, one big group after another saw everyone get their food in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my Wings and fries. Wing Stop is my favorite stop for wings. It makes it all the better when there's good service!

The staff changes pretty constantly, so the product quality isn't the same. Today was good though, fresh crisp and hot. Maybe it was because I was the first order of the day? I don't care, it was good.

Everything is awesome I just think they could have mayo and jalapenos in the condiments table other than that it's amazing

Update update!! Excellent improvements, totally different experience. Don't know if they cleaned house, but will continue to come back thank you so much for the improvement s kudos to the manager and new staff. Horrible service!! Frustration and aggravation!! The staff lacks leadership and direction. We dinned inn and waited 50mins for our food , a group of 4. Very very frustrating when we see bag after bag being prepared and picked up by customers. It seems they cater first to the pick up orders and Grub hub before the dine in-orders. When a customer complained first that was dinning in (a group of 6) should of alerted me of the long wait time. It wasn't intil a couple that was also dinning in, received their food before us that were there 20mis before them I complained as to why they received their food before us. They said they were overwhelmed with customers, a young lady ( unknown if manager)walked over and asked what was the issue and I expressed what had happen and that it was ridiculous She also stated the same as the first lady. I suggested their system was catered to the carry out vice the dine in. She stated it was coming out soon. 2 minutes later our food came out. I asked one female employee fur my beer that I was waiting for when the food came out. She asked for receipt to verify and turned around and proceeded to talk to some others employee's as to waste more time on getting me my beer. There was an employee refilling the ice machine, so I just walked over to him and asked for my beer and that the young girl was just playing games and continued to drag it out. When she heard this, she just slammed the beer on the counter and walk away. Unbelievable!! We ate our food and left. Never again.. the food was good. Don't dine inn save the frustration and aggravation. I

What a pleasant experience. They called me by name like if they knew me. I know I have only been there a couple of rime but it felt great. The boneless BBQ wings really hit the spot I can't wait ro go back!

The wings were excellent. Really. Just the right seasoning on them. At other times, at other Wingstops, too, too much lemon pepper on them (like drowned). And of course they were of good size. I love it!

Very nice place great service great food the girl at the register was very friendly and helpful I got the 8 piece hot 🔥🔥👍👍👍

By far my FAVOURITE wingstop here in El Paso!! Food is always bomb here!! I've never had an issue!! SHOUTOUT to the cooks cuz every time I've ordered here everything is on point!! I swear!! I come here 2 to 3 times a week and I've never been disappointed on their food quality!! I THINK THEY MAKE IT WITH LOVE!! 💕 Staff is pretty chill as well. Thank youuuu!!

My orders usually come out as requested, they are as quick as they can and very friendly. If my order is incorrect the employees do their best to correct the order without any additional fuss. I don't know why this location has so many negative comments but I honestly think they do a great job. Keep up the good work and thank you for always providing us great service whenever my coworkers and I go to eat at your location.

We got a bundle that includes 16 boneless wings up to 2 flavors and 8 tenders with large fries and 4 dipping sauces. Great price feeds up to 4 people. Flavors were awesome garlic parmesan and Hawaiian plus lemon pepper delicious. Only thing is since it was carry out and we had to eat on the road I noticed there were no napkins in the bag or little paper boats to eat on. Maybe consider adding these items since people have to eat and go with this pandemic thing going on. Other than that food was prepared fast and I kinda prefer it to wing-it.

Love the wings! Great to go with friends and family in a casual day. I recommend the Original Hot and Lemon Pepper ones! Also, great and friendly staff! Do the survey in your ticket, and you will be able to get some rewards such as wings and more!! 👍
