Little Caesars

I didn't take any photos, but we ordered the following: 1 Cheese Pizza, 1 Pepperoni, 1 Deep Dish Supreme, Breadsticks, and a soda. Everything was really good and super hot. Customer Service at the drive-through was pleasant, and we went through it quickly. Hate that the prices have gone up, but I think that's everywhere.

I called about a coupon I was emailed (2 pizzas for $12) and was dismissed (immediately) the manager didn't even hear my question. Which was, "do I need to order online or can I order over the phone with the code?" She just said, "we don't do that here." I had to call a different location and speak to a different manager (who was extremely nice) and explained the coupon to me. I unfortunately had to order from the original (sad for an excuse) Little Cesars Pizza location. Just like I assumed, their pizza was worse than their customer service. I had such a horrible experience with this location. I will NEVER forget this interaction or the cold, hard, and burnt pizza.

I didn't realize how good this store is until I went to another location and received terrible service. This store is very consistent! While not the best, you can count on good service almost every time. We have never had an issue with any of the pizza's here. The service is normally very quick. Sometimes the pizza cuts are a little off, but not terrible enough to complain. Sometimes there will be some miscommunication, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The staff here are respectful and professional and we have not ever had any issues with them. The store is well kept and have never seen otherwise.

I always come to this location but the past two times I visited this same location I get an employee who’s comments about my order will take a long while. People I’m hungry, just say the order will take 20-30 minutes and I’ll be okay but when your response is something similar to it’s going to take a long while it comes across as you don’t want to make my particular order because you want to be lazy. Just saying, change your tactics. And thank you for the delicious pizza

I just like to share my experience today when I stopped by Little Caesars on Montwood next to the fire station, I was greeted and given by far the best customer service by Julian. Julian was very kind, sweet and informative about being able to order online! Noticed my husband was a Veteran and thanked him for his service!🙌 Julian your a great kid and your going places, thank you for making our day better! 👍
