Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food is good. Service is good, worker took our order incorrectly but gave us great customer service, he apologized for making the mistake and told us he would fix it because it was an error on his part. But as we waited for our order the girl manager started yelling at him in front of all the customers and told him she doesn't care if he did an error that unless I pay for it she won't give us the rest, long story short he charged me for regular fries when I asked for family fries not a big deal, guy was super nice about it. But I felt bad for the way he was treated. She called my order up and told me I'm not giving you bigger fries if you don't pay for them. I told her I didn't mind paying for it, To the worker thank you for all your hard work, Managers attitude was garbage!! My elderly mom who was with me was shocked at how bad of a service the girl manager gives.

I went with the family, chicken sandwich it's ok, but when I paid , i guess the paper was out and they did not have me a receipt with my order only the order boucher and it was blurry and with pink/red stripes since the roll finished . I've had to go since 2 more order were served before mine and they didn't had it ready untill I went and asked. When I finally got it , food was good and freshly made, but the combo had fries and beverage, fries where small or just a few served on a box, I've order extra regular fries and they were missing when I got my order so I went back and ask for them and they were served on small fries paper bag. I've had small issues before , like asking for ketchup and they give me 1 packet or no napkins or things like that, but I've guess that this is getting worse and worse every time I go back. I will look for another place to get my chicken meals and sandwiches.

I had a pretty rough day today. I decided to go through the drive-thru at Popeyes and pick up some chicken. The people working the drive-thru were so polite and kind. The service was also very fast. I think I got through the line in less than two minutes. It helped make my evening a little better. Thank you.

I was so Surprised! I can actually say I had never had a spicy chicken sandwich combo from there but I got one. I ordered a regular sandwich, got to the window (I was actually ordering 3 combo meals, 2 spicy and 1 reg.) I was told at that time they only had spicy available and was given the choice to wait or take 3 spicy. I took all three spicy, only because I was late picking up.my husband and he loves these anyway. So eating this on the way upon my very first bite, I was like WOW this is really great! So, I must say I was impressed I was expecting a little flat compressed chicken patty with some kinda red sauce on it but it was actually like a huge, all white, juicy chunk a chicken that made my mouth smile! It was all FRESH too. Yum!
