Longest fast food wait Ever! Waited for close to an hour using the drive through. No apologies. No smiles. Like if I was giving them a hard time. It’s just a Terrible place. I suggest taking a drive to another McDonald’s, it's probably faster. The orders have been wrong in several occasions. I hope someone reads these reviews and puts leadership in this establishment.

Took a long time for my order. I was the only one dining at the time. When my food arrive they didn't give me my drink cup. Had to get up and get ask for it. They give me a medium instead of my large one ( didn't care about). The coke machine was leaking everywhere, got my hand all wet. Hard to get ketchup in this place. Had to ask at the front. Standing up for a few minutes for just ketchup 😡. Table was dirty. When eating my meal hear a few customers complaining at the front 🙊👎. Also hard for older people to used the kiosks to order their food 🤔🦥.

If I could do a ZERO I would. I moved here in September of last year. Today was the 9th! Time I've gone to this location and Not ONCE has the order been correct. I even checked my bag leaving today & thought, "FINALLY! They got it right". Well I was WRONG! Although I noticed that my burger was there & so was my daughter's happy meal right this time, I get home to find that my quarter pound with cheese & bacon had NO cheese. The few times I've called to complain, I'm already home & I'm told to reference a manager's name & I'd get my meal replaced. SERIOUSLY? How am I to remember a different name every time by the time I decide I want to give them another chance! I just do NOT understand how EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been wrong. Either in given a completely different burger, I pay extra for bacon & it isn't in there, I order & pay for a 6 piece nugget for my lil girl & only get 4, today, a quarter pound CHEESE burger with bacon & NO CHEESE! **UPDATE** So I actually went BACK this time to have them correct the order. QUARTER POUND BACON CHEESEBURGER. They even have it on menu as 2B & I referenced BOTH ways at the window..... NO BACON! 😲 They COULDN'T even CORRECT the incorrect order! 🤦‍♀️

We waited about 30+ mins for our order. Had to ask what was going on to have them start on it. They gave me extra fries which was nice. I got 3 burgers and one of them was cold. I was just so over this place that I didn't go back in to let them know or even ask for ketchup. Needless to say, I will try and avoid this Mcds when I need some fast food.
