Pizza Hut

I order Delivery and my pizza was a mess, looks like the delivery driver was racing and the pizza was to one side. I had to go to the restaurant and talk to a manager. He apologized and gave me a free pizza. But the point of ordering Delivery was for me not to go out. CHECK YOUR PIZZAS WHEN YOU ORDER DELIVERY.

The pizza was really bad. No cheese barely any sauce. Ice cold. Was like eating left overs. We had bad weather after it was out for delivery. but no one called me to tell me my order was going to be delayed over an hour past when I was told it was out for delivery. It sat in a car that long. Was not really good at that point. If they would have called me I would have I would have canceled the order. I ended up getting the pizza over my back wall over an hour after it was in the car. No discount offered nor offer for fresh food. $43 on a fixed income is a huge amount of money. To not be able to eat the food.

I usually order as carry out based on the reviews and honestly it’s always been great. So I’ve decided to order online this time. Delivery estimates within 75min-85mins. They ended up delivering my order within 20mins. Is that quick or what?! Im am satisfied with my purchase. Pizza came in sealed, all intact and still had the steam. I ordered it with extra cheese and sauce and hands down this Pizza Hut location was spot on! Pizza was baked perfectly, the taste is still amazing and from the times I went to pick up staff is awesome!

Have ordered here 3 times now and have had nothing but issues. First time we did not even get our food, next time took 4 hours to arrive, 3rd time placed the order, called back to make sure it went though 30 minutes later, order “failed” to go through so had to replace it,( good thing i called to check on my order) called again an hour later to check on it, 2 Pizza Hut delivery drivers have been here and ours still has not showed up, we ordered at 4:45 it is now 9 pm and still no pizza. Only reason we order here is because we are stuck at camp mcgregor and have no other options. Shouldn’t be this hard to get sub par pizza.

Order 2 pizzas 2 1/2 hours ago. Was told it would be 90 minutes. I understand being busy. Called after 120 minutes and told it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. 60 minutes later still no pizza. No wonder they only take cash on delivery, it would cost them a fortune tin over time to pay someone to refund all the credit cards for their TERRIBLE service.

I called about the order to the store after 15 minutes of trying to call the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me the driver had 4 deliveries and that's why it took the driver over 45 minutes and counting still no delivery here its 11:22pm he left at 10:37pm for a 2 minute drive, I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. If I could take my tip back I would. I'd rather order from Dominos or drive all the way to Little Caesars before I even think about coming here again. Corporate should take a real good look at management and the employees they're hiring. Edit: 1 hour after the driver supposedly left I canceled the order. I'll never go there, if I want Pizza Hut I'll drive to a different one myself.
