Subway

Not feeling good about this restaurant right now. I ordered through the app yesterday and they messed up the order. The sandwich was missing tomatoes and when I called them, they told me to return the sandwich so that they could remake the order. I was already at work and couldn't return at that time. I said that I would take a picture of the sandwich, but apparently that wasn't enough. Moral of the story, check your order before you leave the restaurant.

I don't know if this location is short staffed or what but Wow!! I sat in my car with the engine off for over 30 minutes. Then to get to the window and to be told they don't have enough meatballs to make a sandwich, but then admitted that they actually didn't have any at all. So i took into consideration that perhaps they might be short staffed so i kept my calm. Sat in the car for another 15 minutes...i better get free cookies 😋

Why do they switch bad employees from one location to another? Two employees that were there were not doing very much. The female was in the bathroom forever when she did come out she just came to get in the way and then she went back into the back and was doing nothing. She had no name tag. The guy in the line was more interested in chatting with her than to be doing his job. Waited in line forever for the sandwich. Over 5 minutes. While I was there a customer came back with their sandwiches that her order was wrong. Instead of correcting the situation that guy kept questioning and saying that the order was not wrong. It was terrible.

This subway is absolute trash! The employees have no idea what they’re doing, they have no communication skills, and they take forever to get an order done. In my experience I waited about 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich and by the time we got to the cashier, they gave out a random person my sandwich and didn’t do anything about it! I left that subway so angry at them and i will gladly never go there again.

My hubby placed an online order today, I go inside to ask if it's ready, they say to wait a bit more , which is fine I didn't mind. I wait like 10 mins and I decided to go ask again because they forgot to let me know that it was ready, and surely it was there. I get home and realize that they forgot to put the 2 bags of chips. I would of droven back to go get them , but I live pretty far from this subway, I always like getting my subway's at this location, but this is the 2nd time that they forget to give us our chips.

Never coming back to this place. I had placed an ordered online, specified what ingredients I wanted, got to the store and my order was not even looked at, when in the App it was indicating it was ready. There was three employees and only one making the order. I went back to waiting and when I finally got my food, it was missing half of the ingredients I had specifically added to my order, sauces were incorrect, everything just a mess. I’m paying for something, I’m not asking for free, save your money and don’t buy here. Extremely bad service, and the employees don’t care at all.
