Einstein Bros. Bagels

Despite the many cherished memories at Einstein Bros Bagels, my recent visit took an emotional turn when I discovered they didn't have my favorite bagel after traveling across the country. After I had ordered and paid for a G-A-R-L-I-C B-A-G-E-L they proceed to tell me that they didn’t have any and asked if “everything” was okay; NOTHING was okay. The magnitude of my disappointment was so profound that it led to an unexpected emotional moment – tears. This poignant experience has regrettably nudged my once solid five-star rating down to a four.

Even though getting here was a bit of a challenge due to construction on Mesa street it was worth it. This was my first experience with Einstein Bagels in person. The place was super clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and informative to their options. They even provided a small bagel for our fur baby. We will be back for more bagels next time we are in town.

Pretty good when done correctly. Hit and miss with a properly toasted bagel. I still recommend, request it to be fully toasted when ordering for preemptive awareness. Didn't care for their brisket bagel sandwich one they currently have. Brisket wasn't fresh and lacked flavor, was thrown togehter. Bagel was barely toasted. HiC was out of order at the self serve refreshment center. Kinda dirty, not very busy. Lots of staff, doing nothing. I'll be back though. It's still good, just keep it simple.
