Review The Melting Pot - El Paso

Excellent service and delicious food! I took my son to celebrate his birthday, and they gave him a cake with a flaming candle. The whole restaurant joined us, signing happy birthday! That was a super awesome experience not just for me but most importantly for my son. I had an "El Jefe" beer, and it was perfect with the "Meat Lovers." I enjoyed our charcuterie board 😋 and let me tell ya' it was one of the best ones I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Issac, our waiter was superb, although it was new at his job (that's what he said 🤷🏻‍♀️) anyway, don't take my word for it, just get out of the house and go check this restaurant out and for all of you who are just passing by, stop and grab a bite. You won't regret it!

This place is super delicious! The servers are all super friendly and accommodating. They check in often and it was pretty busy when we stopped by. I would definitely recommend trying the melting pot at least once. It is the perfect spot for a date night.

If you haven't been here before, you should know that this is not a place to grab dinner. This is an experience that will take longer than your average dining out dinner. Our experience was amazing, and our server really helped to make that happen. He was incredibly friendly and super helpful, taking us through the meal and making sure we had everything we needed. We did the Bigger Night Out with an added charcuterie board and rosemary fries. We started with the Alpine cheese fondue and a Caesar salad. Then we moved to the Ciq au Vin broth for our entrée, which included mushrooms, potatoes, chicken, shrimp, teriyaki beef, salmon, filet mignon, and lobster. The wine, garlic, and onions of this broth really shine. We finished off with the dark chocolate and marshmallow fondue, minus the cookie crumbles. The fresh strawberries and bananas were the favorite here. Our drinks were the blackberry sage lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade, both of which were superb.

Wish i had taken more pictures for the review! This is our 2nd trip to this place and both times have been amazing Our server issac was perfect in every way! Even though one of the staff no-showd today he made everything happen in a timely manner. Food was absolutely amazing as well!! Also got an amazing birthday surprise!

First time trying this. It was Octoberfest special so you an get a 3 or 4 course meal. They are half portions but that was more then enough for me. Parking was easy and no reservations needed but you can make them if you want. Nice restaurant but I have never done a fondue experience. Glad I tried it but not really for me. The selections are great for main courses. The cooking was in a broth and not a grill but there are some things you can get a grill for. They have happy hour specials so there is a lot to choose from.

First time at The Melting Pot. It was so cool of an experience! The food was fun and delicious. From the nice host that took my reservation to my server Isaac. He mentioned he was new at serving and I couldn’t even tell. Super knowledgeable and was trained well. I’ll definitely be back.

A great spot for date night 🥰 Make sure to make reservations. Atmosphere is great and feels like you are not in El Paso. We had the 4 course options, which included a cheese fondue, salads, main entrees and a chocolate fondue. We loved it! It is pricey but worth the experience.

Went on a Mother-Daughter date around Brunch and Happy Hour and the whole atmosphere was amazing. It was our first time there and Allison, the bartender, was the one who took our orders and she had the best customer service. She also made us some really yummy drinks, and was very patient with us. The food was great as well. Overall, our experience was fantastic. Would definitely go back. The prices for the food and drinks were also reasonable and worth it!

I brought my sister for her first time to celebrate birthday. We did the four course experience and she loved it. Our server Eric J was amazing.

We got the full experience for two. It’s a bit pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. My favorite was the cheddar cheese fondue and the flaming turtle desert. Our server Isaac was very pleasant and gave us excellent recommendations. We will definitely be dining here again soon.

Allison was an amazing server. The best server we have ever had here. She even made a little number ten for our ten-year anniversary. That is truly amazing customer service and very attentive. That is why we come here for special occasions. Never disappoints.

The experience was great. A sever named Jesse really treated us very well and was very kind in explaining us the menu. He was attentive with us. The restaurant is good option if you are interested in dipping your food and cooking your steak. The chocolate experience was awesome.

My husband and I made the choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Melting Pot in EPTX! It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server Isaac W. was very attentive and his expertise and suggestions with the whole menu was on point! We had a memorable experience and we will be back. Thanks again for making our celebration great!

Great service and pleaseant atmosphere. Your belly will be filled if you get the $120 meal for two. Your bill will get to $200 once you are drinks and tip. But, this is once in a while location for a quiet and pleasant dinner with great service. No regrets. For those who get surprised that you do cook your own food; Google fondue and Melting Pot so you don’t get surprised that “you are cooking your own food.”

Dinner here was amazing! Atmosphere was perfect and Issac did a tremendous job serving! Wish they would give more entree for the price, but overall great experience. Chocolate fondue was the best! Recommended for sure.

I recently dined at Melting Pot, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The waiter, Isaac, in particular, deserves high praise for their attentive and impeccable service. From the moment we were seated, he demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was the best it could be. He made sure our glasses were never empty and asked several questions that showed genuine interest in us. The level of professionalism and friendliness added significantly to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend Melting Pot for not only its delectable cuisine but also for the outstanding service provided by their attentive staff.
