Wow! Just wow! Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was on point! Ceviche was amazing! Flavor profiles were balanced and fresh. So impressed! Side note, it’s counter service, so you order at the counter and then seat yourself. A few reviews mentioned not being acknowledged when they entered the restaurant. There’s no clear signage explaining the counter service and I think that’s why people say the service isn’t stellar. We had great service at the counter.

So my partner has been talking about a 3-way, and I've been hesitant until I went to Valentine's. Funny thing when we got there they didn't want a 3-way, they decided on a paloma (I'm talking about drinks, get your mind out of the gutter). Both were worth doing again. We had tacos, rib-eye, carnitas, and tripas. First, these are true bonus tacos, don't eat the 2nd blue corn tortilla with the first. Save it to catch the ample fillings. The tripas had the perfect crunch and the red sauce has a tasty kick, topped with onion cilantro. The carnitas were nicely seasoned topped with pickled onion and paired with a lovely verde sauce. The rib-eye was the star, seasoned well, cooked to perfection, topped with crema, cilantro, and paired with verde. Of course we had to try the churros and cheesecake. Churros were nice, but the cheesecake, the cheesecake, omg... the cheesecake is thick, creamy, perfect texture. They pair it with a house cream with dehydrated strawberries. I'm in heaven, pure bliss. Slight cons - tables inside were sticky, we moved a few times and finally went outside, which was perfect. Food as good as this cost, so be willing to pay. But with the portions and today's economy I think it was worth it. Two of us left with our bellies bursting.

If give it 5 stars but because portions of food were very small i had to do 4. This place is delicious and prices aren’t bad when when you take 2 teenage boys they ended up getting 3 plates each just to fill up then there goes the bargain. There bone marrow and margaritas were delicious.

Was very impressed with this restaurant! Wasn’t too sure if this was a typical Tex mex restaurant, but it was not. Very authentic a la carte Mexican food but with a up-class appeal. The portions may look small, but they are not! The quality of the food was VERY GOOD! I would definitely go again for brunch or dinner. If you have a chance try what I had ordered: brisket flautas, sirloin tacos, calabacitas, arroz con leche, and their apple fritters! Couldn’t have been more pleased with this place, and the inside is very up-scale looking! Affordable as well!!

Very Delicious! Well priced. Great presentation of plates. Surprised this place isn't more packed all the time. Had the fish tacos (a little small but only 8 bucks), the ham and cheese torta (so good) and the flautas.
