Sonic Drive-in

Absolutely disgusting. This is the corn dog I was served.It has been sitting on rack like a hotdog spinning at 7/11 for who knows how long.Fries we’re ice cold and extremely greasy. Is this the best they can do at lunch ni less. I called and talked to the manager and the standard response is we will replace your meal. I politely told her no thank you and I will never return. This place needs some serious quality control and management that cares.

Stopped in for treats and drinks. Long line at the Drive thru. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 Sonic Blasts and an Ocean Water. I feel like this store could be more efficient if they brought my order out to the line while the other guests waited for their food. Just my two cents. Treats and drinks were delicious but I think I might not treat myself if I have to wait this long again.

I ordered online, the app told me to wait in a stall and i did. The screen told me someone was on their way with my order but no one came. They told me i had to go through the drive thru and still wait another minutes there just for my food to come out cold and my shakes melted, whoever the manager was in charge needs to pay more attention! place my order at 7:35 pm and got my order at 8:15 pm, that's why I placed my ORDER ONLINE! to avoid the waiting line.

I've only once had a bad experience with the staff here, and even then I think they were under staffed at the time so I don't balme them. Otherwise they are friendly, helpful and have nothing bad to say about them. As for the food, if it wasn't for the niche drinks and tots I'd never eat at Sonic. Food is too salty, and the drinks are about 80% ice by weight. The cost of a hotdog here is criminally high. Worst of all they use Styrofoam cups so I always feel guilt afterwords. I go to a sonic maybe once a month when I feel like a limeade or some chili cheese tots but I otherwise avoid it. It's "fine" as a meal, but I wouldn't recommend it over other fast food places.

I already don't like to go to sonic because there hasn't been not even 1 time they got my order right first time (and I'm talking not only in El Paso). Today I decided to get ice cream there since DQ is 16 min away and oh surprise: all stalls closed and a long line in drive thru. What's the point of having the stalls if we still gotta go through the drive thru....
