Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza for curbside pickup. App said pizza was ready, drove to location that took 5 minutes. Hit button showing them I was there. Waited outside for another 10 minutes. Walked into restaurant that had no customers. Told them my name and they pulled the pizza out of the warming oven and gave it too me. Last two times I used this restaurant I was truly disappointed.

Salad bar and pizza area was not stocked properly, plus the waitress was not friendly at all. We had to walk up to ask for refills and the restaurant only had a couple of other tables. I would understand if it was busy but no one was in there. To be honest I felt robbed we had just celebrated winning a baseball championship and were in a great mood but that place was depressing. I let the Ass Manager all he said was that he would discuss it with the employee. So bad I took a picture for evidence which I am attaching. I tried to find contact information for a Manager or GM but they did not have anything posted.

Terrible service. This place is a joke. Got General manager involved in an issue then got the shift mgr Screaming at me. This place is something else. Stay away…. Never again, there is so many options for someone to eat pizza they make it seem they’re the only ones. General manager needs to get a hold of his employees!!!!

I placed an order online and it said 30-40 minutes. 1 hour 10 min later it arrived. The pizza was obviously sitting for quite a time. Was not the best tasting. I have not ordered Pizza Hut in a long time and now have tried it twice within the last couple weeks. Same situation both times. I will be ordering again from elsewhere again.
