Review Cicis Pizza - El Paso

We had a great time tonight. Guille at cashier was so kind with us, then the rest of staff as well. Even theyre so young, very professional and attentive! We have been in almost all cicis at El Paso, this location is the most organized so far.

Came in to have lunch with my son and God son. Everything was delicious and it was very clean. Can you find out that there was only one guy in the front doing everything by the name of Adrian. He was very on it, polite and courteous. Awesome job Adrian.

It was a definite great price for their salad and pizza bar. The food was fresh everytime I went to get a new serving, they even made sure I got some cheese for my salad, customer service the gentlemen had in the front was perfect and he made sure we got everything we needed. I just didn't like that every table around me was dirty and the lady would mop the floor where it was obviously the most traffic of kids and others walking to the soda machine. I could of just came at the time they needed to mop but it was very inconvenient to get back and forth to my table. Same with others.

I was serious thinking about the way Cicis works today. You pay for a buffet and other places have a "what you see is what you get" mentality. Not Cicis. In the time I was here they cooked multiple specialty pizzas a la carte and I was able to observe the satisfaction of each one of those customers including myself that they got to eat what they wanted, not only what cicis decided to throw on the self serve bar. That dynamic is something I have never experienced in a buffet setting in any genre of food. I have been dining at cicis for many years and since the day of my first bite about 20 to 25 years ago till today its still the same. Price : 9.29 includes beverage Pizza soups and salads arent the best part of this company, the difference is the level of service you recieve from the employees. Thanks cicis until next time.

Same old CiCi's Pizza. Food is pretty good for the price, clean buffet, good company, always a good experience coming to CiCi's.

If you arrived before 3 pm they give you a discount Monday-Thursday. I believe seniors get free drinks.

Delicious buffet kids love it. Especially the cinnamon rolls.

The pizza is decent, deserts are good, love the salad bar. They do have the option to have your own pizza made the way you like it at no additional charge which is cool. They do seem to be constantly cleaning which is also a plus. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they do need to remodel. Game area is a bit ancient and the bathrooms are clean.

My family and I love this place. I would have given 5 stars if the promotion for the $3.99 buffet ran on Fridays as well as Monday-Thursday but it doesn't. The food was fresh and the staff kept up with the availability and freshness. They also came around multiple times to clean off the dirty plates and kept a clean space. The food was delicious 😋.

I seriously drive to this location because the food is just always good ...the other cicis pizza's is just horrible ! The alfredo sauce is thick and not watery ... i always request my own and never have a problem when coming here!

Always a great choice for a salad, pizza and desert.
