They definitely know what they are doing putting Alex to take orders!! Shes is super pleasant and most def made my morning with her awesome attitude! The barista that took my payment was also very pleasant!! Hands down best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!!

Drive thru dude named Isaiah I think. He was pretty chill dude. Very customer service oriented. Great attitude and I don’t see this often going through drive thrus. I went this morning at 6:30 am .

It’s consistently the best Starbucks I go to in El Paso. My drinks are perfectly made, food is fresh, the environment is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.
It is, however, usually busy. But that’s the nature of a good Starbucks in a prime location. Can’t do much about it in general but the Starbucks staff does a good job making things go as quickly as possible.

What can you say? This is our neighborhood Starbucks. We use the drive-through a lot because we take our dog. The Baristas are always friendly and offer puppuchino (note pic of Brutus the Frenchie waiting for his treat at Starbucks)! We love this place and the staff.

I love everything they have. I use their mobile app and never have to wait in line for pickup. I also like that you can order breakfast anytime. My faves are the oatmeal, an iced Americano and a blueberry scone.

Had a lovely Chai Tea Latte, but couldn’t hear one off the staff very clear because everyone wears a mask and they speak very soft. Had to wait a while but my partner got his cold drink right away so that wasn’t nice…and they spelled my name wrong 😑 Manny…

Larger with a dedicates kitchen for drive through so you get serve quickly if you eat in. Friendly staff. They had lot of packed furniture when I went. I'm not sure if they are remodeling or if they remove some sitting options during the pandemic. There were plenty left for us anyway.

This Starbucks is always busy, but the baristas do a wonderful job at keeping up with the packed drive-thru, in-person, and mobile orders. They also quickly begin to learn their regulars, which makes the place feel very warm and welcoming.
