Review Whataburger #654 - El Paso

Cool hamburger place! This is my first time trying Whataburger, ever! This is the first thing my friend took us to after leaving the airport around 7 pm on a Tuesday night. We didn’t come inside, we used the drive-thru and according to their sign, it is open 24 hours a day! I asked for a #5 combo (Bacon and cheese Whataburger) and my wife had their grilled chicken sandwich. We did enjoyed their food. Very good flavors, and they had this Spicy Ketchup, which I have never heard of in California. My wife liked it, I don’t do spicy. The drive-thru was a quick service. Also, there was not many cars in front or after us. About three cars total during our time ordering and leaving. The place seemed clean from the outside, the drive was well maintained also!

Food is great but ordering website keeps freezing during the last 5 days. Cannot place order online so have to go to drive thru.

Ordered online with the app the double wata burger no onion grilled jalapenos with the creamy pepper sauce. Of course it was a meal so it can with fries and drink. Ordered a chocolate milk shake but once I arrived at the location they informed me they had no more chocolate milkshakes. They where well mannered and the order was completed fast. If the app would let the costumers know what items the place was low on that would make this review 5 stars. Also glad the app now accepts Paypal as a form of payment. Before I had to be PayPal credit card.

A casual dining place or a great drive-through restaurant, this specific Whataburger typically has the most fresh ingredients, fastest and kindest service, and a clean environment. Easily one of the best fast food locations in all of El Paso!

Whataburger, my last visit I was dissatisfied, but I was in a hurry to go to work that I did not have time to call, my southern bacon combo was terrible. Can you please remake my combo, and I'll be happy. This accoured on the 7th of this month. Can you please?

Burgers have improved and served to my liking. However must emphasize the burger well done otherwise will need to return. Best service provided by older adults vs teenagers.

Food and service always consistent and delicious! I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because the restaurant is a little run down, tired looking, and aged and in need of an update and refresh - but I still love my Whataburger once a week or so! Easily wheelchair accessible. Definitely kid friendly! Yum yum yum! Highly recommend.

One of those places that just hits better at 2am than it does 2pm LOL Food is decent, not the best but not the worst.

Food was great ate dine in at 630pm. The young ladies that waited on is were exceptional. One had pink hair the other has green/blue hair. They were friendly and made suggestions as I wasnt sure what to order

I'm not sure where they hire these geniuses, but listening skills is something nobody at this store has. I always order the #2 meal (Double WB) with cheese and Jalapeños as extras. When I got home and started biting into it, it was like eating a McDonald's burger. I opened the bun, and it looked like the lettuce, onions, and tomatoes were all scraped off! No cheese or jalapeños to speak of. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it seems to be a pattern. One day, the order will be correct, and the next time, it'll be botched. Bottom line, this Whataburger location is not the best. Ever since Whataburger sold out to that Chicago based company, the quality of the food and service has gone downhill. I still like WB, but unfortunately now, I'll have to drive a little further to get what I ask for.

America, is one of the most nicest and dedicated person I've seen. She greets you with her beautifuty and a big smile
