Even though I lived not even 5 minutes WALKING distance from the location on Hondo Pass, I always liked coming to this location. Not only because of all the issues I had with the other location. But the service here at the Dyer location is beyond great. Joseph the Supervisor is always on the lookout to see if everything is good. All the employees are always attentive once you're parked in a stall.
Now to put a cherry on the top of all this, I would like to say thanks to Jorge. Not only do we share names, but his customer service is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now live about 5 minutes driving distance here. So it makes it even better.

I had a good experience with this location because I forgot to order something at the speaker. When I drove up to ask if I could order something I forgot, Damien gladly helped me with what I needed. He didn't make a nasty face or was rude, he was positive with kindness and helped me with courtesy! Thank you, Damien!!! It was nice to see a happy welcoming person at your window Sonic!!

The new grilled cheeseburger is just delicious. It was so hard to put down and ate it until it was gone. I tried one of the new slushes, the sangria berry one and the taste was definitely worth and made only better because of all of the strawberries added. I'm trying the series.

Had a great experience with The Manger Jane, the app was giving me issues with a promo code. She took a look at it and went ahead and took care of it apperceive of the great service and food was good. Onion rings on point. Same goes for the drive through attendee didn't get his name, but gave me no hard time about the app messing up. Quick service very satisfied

It's pretty good here haven't had any trouble with my orders The girls seem pretty nice here but the guys look like they're not used to customer interaction but other than that's pretty good here

This sonic is spot on at times, and when it is, things are amazing. You feel the Sonic atmosphere. Any meal you want your way!! This here is one of my favorites, grilled cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Looking absolutley gorgeous might I add. The staff at this location is amazing to say the least. And remember you can come here everyday, for 10 years and not have the same drink twice, mind blown!

Was nice food and. After spending so long at the hospital waiting for my friend to be released... Was a very good food and fast. So very nice staff for it being so late at night. No rude impatient staff trying to get off they all took time to hear our order and delivered to the car with a smile.

The staff at the Sonic is always fast friendly and helpful, the CarHop Abraham is always cheerful and very polite. The manager Jane always goes above and beyond to ensure her staff meets the highest quality possible and in the event that a product is not up to par, the manager Jane does whatever it takes to correct the issue. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for a quick bite to eat

I had to wait for forever in a line to order and then again to even get my food. And when I went to order, I wanted to order two separate orders and they told me that wasn't allowed even tho I had done it before at this exact sonic. And I'm still waiting in this line and I'm fenced in so I can't even leave... we have been in line for about 15-20 mins so far and 2 cars in front of me still. I will not be coming back to this sonic again. Rude employees and it's such a shame because sonic is one of my favorite places.
