A picture can say 1000 words. But let me add to those 1000 words and tell you about the amazing and friendly customer service this place gives you. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and every single time I taste their cake it is like the first time. A delightful flavor and experience in one bite. I shared this picture with my son (now away in Phoenix) and he responds “I can taste this beautiful picture”. The flavor of their cakes make a special occasion even more wonderful.

I placed an order for cupcakes with a specific color. They called to verify the colors the day before. Cupcakes came out perfect! My husband dropped half of the order on the way out. Luckly they had some cupcakes of the same flavor available and were able frost them like the special order in no time. Great customer service and the best cakes & cupcakes in town! Highly recommend!

I went and picked up a cake for my daughter. I usually go to Sam's. But this time wanted to try Greggerson's. I had never tried a cake from there and I'm glad I did. They have many cakes that are ready to pick up or you can custom order. This one was $16. It was DELICIOUS 😋🤤

We stopped to pickup items for a friend who used to live in El Paso. I wish they would sell a small tub of icing as that is the BEST! They could make a lot of money. Great people and we love their cupcakes, icing, etc.

I ordered a cake for my mom for her birthday a few days in advance cuz I wanted to make sure I had plenty of time she loveessss this place so I didn’t want to mess up the order lol. So I just walked in told them what I wanted the cake to say, the colors I wanted, and all that I was asked what size, flavor, date and time I wanted it for it was my first time ordering a cake from here so I had tons of questions and the lady at the counter was super helpful and patient with me! Also as soon as u walk in it smells soo strongly of their almond icing ❤️ it’s amazing! There were other things for sale also like cookies and cupcakes they were so insanely good too. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

My FIRST time buying a cake from Greggerson’s! I have heard so many Good things about this Cake Cottage, that I finally had to go! I typically love to bake and I’m very picky when it comes to buying anything I don’t make myself! Let alone actually liking it! I have got to say BEST CAKE EVER! I am not a frosting Girl at all! Not even my homemade frosting makes me interested! This cake, this frosting is so amazing (I didn’t have to wipe off the frosting like I usually do with cake)! I know I’ll be raving about it for many years to come! Super excited I found a Cake I Love! Now I’m waiting for my kiddos to come home from school to get a proper slice ( I couldn’t wait to try it haha).

I've gotten three cakes from this place before and haven't been disappointed. The icing/frosting is great, not too sweet. Usually I don't touch the icing/frosting on a cake, but from here I love it. The owner is really nice along with the staff. However, there is one girl who answers the phone who makes you feel rushed but everything else makes up for it.

It’s very hard to walk into a bakery and pick a pre- made birthday cake for a kid, but we hit gold with this bakery. We aren’t from the area and now reside on Fort Bliss, so finding another local bakery was on our to do list! Today is my daughter’s birthday. She has autism and is very reserved and shy in most social settings. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN, She said “ oh it smells SO good in here. Mom the smell!” The air in this place smelled like what you’d imagine a bakery should smell like !! They had several cakes in different flavors to choose from. He asked what would be like on it, and the entire transaction was over in less than 15 minutes!! Definitely will be back! Definitely will recommend this bakery to colleagues and friends !!

BEST CAKES/CUPCAKES EVER !!!!. I am originally from El Paso and have lived in the Dallas area now for 17 years and I haven't found any cakes around here that come anywhere close to the deliciousness of Greggersons!! Every time I come to El Paso, I make a special trip just to have some cakes/cupcakes. I wish they would open up a franchise in this area.

Family Favorite. This my family's favorite bakery to order all our cakes for any special occasion. Our family has been going to Greggerson's for years, love their new location. The cherry flavored cake and German Chocolate are our favorites! Their frosting is to die for good!!! If you want a delicious cake or cupcake(s) this is the holy grail of bakeries. The staff is always so friendly and sweet. The bakery always smells heavenly when you walk in. I would recommend this bakery to any one and do to all my friends!

Ick. Went in and tried to order a decorated cake but was told they didnt do that. Ordered cake anyway when I got it home it was burnt and dry. And the almond flavoring was so over powering we ended up throwing it away. Will never go back.
