One of El Paso's hidden treasures. Fast but not fast food! Great authentic home cooked taste to TexMex favorites. Fast, friendly service in a clean environment with garden projects in process. Highly recommend.
The flautas are very thin, hardly any beef in them which makes them hard. The plate came with beans and rice, which were very good. The service was good and the order came out fast.

Came here for take out for lunch for our employees and let me tell you these flautas were actually delicious! I’m glad I didn’t go base off of some of the reviews on here. The flautas and enchiladas taste homemade, I definitely recommend Fautas Palys!

Since being in town for the month of January, I have been to this place three times, friendly service and delicious Flautas ahogadas 😋. Alonzo was very welcoming and treated me like family. The Flautas ahogadas are the best, puts Chicos Tacos to shame. We also tried the gorditas, phenomenal! I wish

I really loved their flautas and I didn't have to ask for extra sour cream or guacamole. They brought three big bottles to include the red salsa. Celene, the waitress was very nice and professional. She came right away and took my order with a sincere smile on her face. They were playing Spanish
