Subway

This place use to be so good before a rude, hard tempered, aggressive and disrespectful manager was there. I remember a couple months back the employees working there use to be so nice and attentive to all costumers. I wonder what happened to this place they need their old crew back. I don’t know why there is a drive thru if they only have one person running the store, obviously employers and corporate overworking their employees. Heard they are closing, that’s what they deserve. And to Jackie from corporate pay your employees better!!! DO BETTER!!!! AND BRING SWISS CHEESE BACK

When the other day some guy yelled did hand signals towards my face. He kept doing it since i dint understand he yelled hey you the mask i there was no body inside the restaurant so i dint have one i was goona eat and go back to work but he took it upon himself like if he was the owner i felt so bad cause i know im fully vaccinated but its not even that the way he approached me no manners dont know how to talk to customers i just did a half a turn and left dont recommend you going there

I initially rated this restaurant on a low score low score and submitted a reply to Subway's corporate office. I got a initial robotic response from the main office from a name Jacqueline however after multiple correspondents she never replied back with any kind of respons. The initial robotic response Was to apologize for the experience and to offer a compensation/incentive of coupons to that Subway. However, after replying with the necessary information several times I have yet to receive a response and that initial correspondence was over a month ago I would not recommend this Subway unless you're going for just a salad bowl.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and was the fourth or fifth person in line. There was only one worker working so it was very slow. But before that i went to the drive thru and waited but didn't hear anything so i drove around and decided to go inside and that's when I saw only one person was working. He was friendly and gave me extra bacon on my Chicken Bacon ranch sub. Store was clean and all the tables and chairs were packed up because of covid.

Was told to put on a mask and I explained that I could not wear a mask because of my medical condition. I have COPD, Chronic Obstructed Pulmonary Disease, so I cannot have anything obstructing my air pathway. Even after I explained this they still refused to serve me and continued to tell me to put a mask on, after knowing that I can not due to my medical condition. Very unprofessional and rude. They barely even took the time to hear me out, they continued to interrupt me I’m assuming because it was busy, but that is no reason to treat customers in such a way. This happened on Thursday, December 2nd at around 5 pm.
