Pizza Hut

First time ordering home delivery from Pizza Hut. The delivery timing and the pizza was just as ordered. There is one negative comment. There was no pepper and no parmesan cheese included in the delivery. Next time ask the customer if these items are needed. I understand all businesses are trying to cut down on cost and avoid giving items by default (napkins, etc.), but the small acts like asking customers what is lacking, will grow the business or keep it afloat. Which side of the business wall is best position to be in?

Every time we order Pizza from this location the service has always been great. The delivery of the Pizza arrival is always on time or arrives a little before the estimated time. The Pizza, breadsticks and wings always taste delicious without fail and they always arrive hot-warm. Thank you for the excellent service and taste.

I picked up our order and neglected to check to make sure our order was correct. Upon opening the boxes at home we discovered that we were handed the wrong order. Since it is too far for us to return, the kids started eating the wrong order. Shortly after, the Pizza Hut manager called us to explain there was a mixup and we got the wrong order. He offered to personally deliver our actual order to our home. I pointed out that the kids already started eating the wrong order. He said it was okay and would still deliver our order. Upon arriving I thanked him for correcting the mixup and offered him $20 for his troubles and to makeup for the extra pizzas. He promptly refused and simply asked the we consider returning to his store and even offered us $15 off of our next order. I pointed out that we go out of our way and even drive past a closer Pizza Hut to get to his store because of the customer service and look forward to continuing to visit his Pizza Hut.
