Review Cicis Pizza - El Paso

Pizza is always good, you can get custom pizza made just how you like it, friendly staff, clean establishment it was a bit hot in there but overall pleasantu experience.

I stopped here during my last visit in El Paso. They kept fresh pizzas the whole time I was there and the tables were cleaned up pretty quick. The place is a bit small though.

Super clean location, although the restrooms could use a refresher. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

KID FRIENDLY FAMILY RESTAURANT‼️‼️ Amazing Pizza Buffet, has indoor Arcade room for kids, bathrooms are very well maintained, the employees are excellent at communicating with their customers, pizzas are hot and ready to gobble, I love eating here!!

The only reason I gave four stars is because there was a long wait for the sweets to be set up baked and put out for the guests to eat and the party we were with had children that were patiently waiting for the sweets but we left and they were never done. The pizza took a while to be replenished but it was probably because there was only one person preparing and baking....and one of the girls behind the counter seemed lost. The gracious men cleaning up the dining area were great ...they worked really hard to keep the place clean .....we had not visited this CiCis in awhile....it was nice to see the dining area had been redone. Hopefully the next time we visit these issues would have been addressed and taken care of. Disabled accessible, bathroom was clean, kid friendly, Covid 19 enforced (masks when serving yourself at the buffet). Oh! and before I leave you the buffet is only $3.99+ tax (drink not included)but they do have free refills Mon. - Thurs. until 4 pm so it was nice to take the kids there after-school.

Lots of selections and it was kept fresh. The only downside is that unless you know food there's no sign indicating what is what. The bench also, has little padding

Had a great overall experience. Food, service, n environment were great. Was not so loud, a variety of food to choose from and made how I love it on top of it, and staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A plus to be back soon!!

Everytime we eat there it seems that everything is fresh. The variety of pizza's is fantastic, really enjoy trying the new varieties. There are young men and women busy making sure the place is cleaned and that the customers are being cared for.. I've never been disappointed. Thank you. Keep up the good work!

Everybody is friendly, and the pizza is delicious. There os always fresh pizza out.

A 5 star establishment with a 1 star price. The staff is great. I would've kiss them all on the lips if the cops didn't stop me

My absolute favorite pizza in the whole world, definitely try the spinach pizza!!

The broth from thier chicken noodle soup was tasty today. I started a weightloss challenge so I couldn't really enjoy thier pizza. But I did order a pizza and enjoyed the toppings. Thank goodness for thier salad bar as well. The staff is friendly. The new look is very nice as well. We'll be back.

Love the great selection of pizza. Nice little salad bar and some pasta. Staff friendly and they keep refilling with freshly made pizza,salad and pasta. Staff constantly maintains the dining area. It's all you can eat and great place to bring the family or friends because it's inexpensive. We had a great time here and they also have brownies and cinnamon rolls for dessert.

It is great at what it does. CiCi's knows what it is and doesn't pretend to be what it's not. That being said, the food is good, the service is great and the place is clean. Five stars all around.

Ohhh my lord! It had been a while i didn't had Cicis. The quality, the place, BIG IMPROVEMENT! i stopped goin a while back because their pizza started tasted kinda funky and not tasty over all, but now! Omg it was juicy and hot! I went on a Saturday, I don't know if it made any impact.. But would definitely go again.

Variety of pizza is always available, if you want a custom pizza made, they will bake it for you! How great is that! Plus dessert , salad and soup!.
