It's a very good place for Vietnamese food if you like it. I get it for cold days and it warms me up

My favorite Vietnamese spot since college ❤️
Highly recommend!
It's a must stop if you love fresh pho, vermicelli and rice bowls, soups, and bahn mi.
Their bubble teas are refreshing and really good 👍
Tofu is an option even in their spring rolls, by request! So delicious and suited for vegans and vegetarians.

We ordered take-out from here via Doordash & the Vietnamese sandwich (with pork) is by far the best sandwich I have ever had. I made my man try a bite & he has also fallen in love. So happy to have found this place! Thank you Pho So 1!

In my opinion I have eaten a lot of pho and vietnamese food and I have to give it a solid like 4.2 the atomshephere and ingredients were authentic but as for the Pho it needs a touch more cinnamon, and the noodle portion was very small maybe 4 bites with all the soup it was almost bland without the hoisin and Sriracha sauce the pork shrimp spring rolls were a little caggage heavy maybe a touch more pork so it's not do veggie tasting its healthy but I want to taste the flavor of the meat and shrimp when it hits the peanut hoisin sauce not cabbage, the egg rolls were pretty good I love that you have legit dipping sauce for it it does need to be a little spicer but that's just me, I personally like my meatball pieces to be in sliced not quarter chunks makes it easier to eat with noodles and soup. The Taro milk tea was perfect they have a frosty version at other restaurants that are pretty cold I have not been able to find them here in Texas but the milk and taro flavor was literally perfect if it had that frosty aspect to it I would say it would be amazing. So overall a decent spot a couple of improvements especially for the price but other then that it was pretty good. I hope the cook and manager sees this they have their own recipes but I have a place I go to in colorado and I visit it atleast twice a week when I'm there because it is authentic but also very flavorful.

Love this place!! The chef knows how...how to cook and their service is great. I've been to other pho places here in EP but this pho so 1 montwood is by far the best viet food, pho, vermicelli abd egh rolls. I highly recommend to everyone.
