Dined in over noon on a Thursday with a co-worker. The drive thru was packed. The dine in was pretty sparse. My first time eating here, everyone raves about it.
I ordered a #5 combo, bacon cheeseburger, subbed the fries for apple slices, came with a fountain drink.
The food came out fast. The
First time having Whataburger - I think it was pretty good. I had the melt and the toast didn't hold up well to the sauce but flavor was good. The honey butter chicken biscuit was really good. Service was quick and the people were friendly.
Slow drive-thru.
You should not have to put your car in "park" or pull forward and "park".
It's a drive thru!
If I wanted a drive-in.. I would go next door to Sonic.
Free parking in the drive thru with any order.
Also free pull forward parking is available 24 hours a day.
Awesome food..awesome place…we don’t have one of these in California..so if anyone is traveling tru El Paso tx stop at whata burger…food is good definitely going to come back on the way back to California

In our opinion they are the best franchise burgers, our favorite is the Bacon & Cheese and the Patty melt, the fries are also delicious and the service is always friendly, when we want a good burger this is the place
Whataburger is also offered in other states other than Texas. However, if you want delicious fresh tasty quality Whataburger food, Texas wont disappoint. This particular Whataburger was extra delicious, the buns were perfectly toasted and all food was piping hot. Try the limited time Banana Pudding

Drive thru cashier was impolite. Person in front of me in the drive thru gave up waiting and got his money back and left. I didn't have to wait very long for my food though.
Food was delicious and the service was really great and quick. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Ordered the usual Double Whataburger and loved it the lemon pies were also delicious as usual. The spicy ketchup was awesome of course. Just wish they would serve their honey butter chicken biscu

Upon entering. we were great with a very friendly "welcome to Whataburger, y'all" and had amazing customer service from beginning to end. The food was delicious and not overly greasy. Just like I remember from coming here in my childhood. I have since moved away from Texas and deeply miss Whataburge
