This particular Starbucks is fine, but I don't have as much of a coffee flavor from my drinks as I do at any other Starbucks in the area. I've been to this one a couple times and think I'll just hit a different one from now on.

This Starbucks is fantastic! It feels more like a local place than a corporate place. The manager and baristas are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The cafe doesn't have as much seating as it used to, but it's still a cool place to hang out!

Best customer service! My bf and I forgot our wallets so we tried ordering online. We arrived at Starbucks and out order didn't go through but our money was taken. The barista (didn't get her name) was super nice and tried helping us. She gave us our drinks for free to make it up to us. We insisted on paying, she declined. Thank you so much.

This Starbucks location has become a great spot for me when I need to study and do homework. When I’m in UTEP and need to do homework, I would be going there, get something to drink and eat, and from there, I would carry on with my homework. I used to not had a thing for Starbucks until I saw someone from campus about a drink they had, which caught my attention, which is the passion tea with lemonade. When I tried it, it tasted so good! After that day, I would always go to Starbucks and would order that every time I go. I would also get some food as well. I was a bit sad when Starbucks was under remodeling 🥲 but it looks more nicer and modern. When I’m not by the UTEP area, thankfully there is another Starbucks by my house in Horizon and would also get my to go drink. But for this Starbucks by UTEP, their staff is so nice, and their service is amazing. ☺️
