This Starbucks is BY FAR the greatest in El Paso! They greet you with such positive energy ask how you’re doing and best of all make everything truly with love. I lived on eastside my whole life had plenty of Starbucks over there, moved to central tried new Starbucks on that side, and now I have a class at epcc near outlets and finally tried this Starbucks and I was completely wowed never experienced such great service and drinks. Definitely worth the drive!
I ordered a vanilla sweet cream today at 10:46am. This is the best coffee they have ever made. I hope the barista that made my coffee sleeps on a cold pillow at night and all the street lights are green while you’re driving <3

Friendly staff and quick orders. Just about what you could expect from a Starbucks, a causal environment even appropriate for a business meeting. Seating for individual guests or groups and depending on how many drinks you ordered or the complexity the average wait should be about 2-5 min. Great place to wing down or an on the go drink
Always a great visit, awesome customer service that greets you with a smile everytime. Love the warm chocolate chip cookies and my favorite drink java chip frappuccino! Would like to try the mocha cookie crumble, sounds delicious!
The workers were very kind. My elderly and indecisive grandma took a bit to decide what she wanted and everyone was patient. I kept having to ask for little things like salt, creamer, sugar, etc. and was never met with anything but a smile. If I'm in the area, I will be back. 10/10
2 cars in front but service was fast. Greeted when we pulled up to drive thru window. Excellent customer service. Drinks were Amazing & taste. We ordered vanilla bean frap, black tea lemonade & a pineapple drink. Too bad that I live across town (30 minutes drive) or I'd be here often, but guaranteed if in area again a MUST STOP

Starbucks is always pretty reliable. My Dad orders something fairly complicated, and I'm always embarrassed - but the batista here didn't even bat an eye, and Dad was very pleased!
