I just wish it could be a bit more cleaner. Three employees available at the location, one could be at the register and the other two can be maintaining the place clean. Keeping an eye on the children who were making the mess. Also the fruit toppings needed
Went here Monday, the location is a different one than our usual (the fountains). This spot was about the same, clean and what seemed to be nice staff yes we were greeted upon entering. I Never have a bad experience. Variety of flavors because they r always changing them👌 but don't worry u won't get stuck with a flavor u dont like cuz u can try before u buy! Cx very kid and adult friendly. One time it was cold outside and they had a fire going to keep customers eating outside warm😜

Ideal place for a cold and tasty treat! The flavors there are wonderful, its self serve with a huge topping bar at the finish. I recommend the tangy yogurt, the mango and strawberry all mixed together of course with a heaping helping of gummies and boba balls! The bobas pop in your mouth and are DEL

It has been awhile since we visited Menchies. We really liked that gloves were provided to us so we could serve our yogurt and toppings. Also, hand sanitizer was provided. All toppings were covered and that was definitely being sanitary. Yogurt is still as delicious as it was a year ago! We will
Very welcoming environment. Very clean, everything is fresh and delicious. But flavors were scarce. A few flavors were not available.
Tried the Nutella flavor today and it was delish! Great customer service and although you can't sample right now, I'm thankful that this Menchie's is following COVID-19 guidelines with face mask, social distancing and wearing gloves 😊
