My breakfast burrito and coconut-nut shake were excellent. I want to go back to try out their tortas.
MMmmm Que RICO!. They have always been delicious, but once PAMPAS ASAP closed down, this place became the best tortas in El Paso!
Food:
-The ingredients are fresh, the bread is great, the menu caters to all your torta desires, and the lemonade---IT'S REAL LEMONADE--None of the powder crap a lot of other places to eat offer!
Service:
-Fast service, great quality, friendly staff!
Environment:
-Indoors; Not many places to sit inside, just 2 long diner style tables against the window with cramped space behind you if you sit there while people shuffle along behind you in line to get their food.
-Outdoors; Decent space to sit outside, although with the often windy days in El Paso, it is not fun to sit out there, especially during winter, but they do have outdoor gas heaters to help warm up outdoor customers.
Overall:
This place is as authentic to Juarez Mexico tortas as you can get here in El Paso. I frequent this place A LOT and when I think of tortas, I think Rainbow Fountain tortas!
Best tortas in Chico and jtown.
Usually the word is use is flavorful, but the food here is better. It's tasty, and it sticks to your ribs. It's a non fancy come in grab, pay and go eat type of joint. The fries are great and the fruit shakes are oh so good!.
Probably the best tortas in town. A good authentic torta is hard to come by in El Paso where Tex-Mex reigns supreme but Rainbow Fountain is one of a handful of places in town that can actually make a good traditional Mexican sandwich. Although their strong suit is their tortas they do offer other food options which I have not tried yet. These sandwiches embody what you would find south of the border and they are fairly priced. In conclusion, this establishment offers affordable and authentic tortas that might be the best in town.
The food is always good and the aguas frescas are always delicious. YUM.
Good burritos and milkshakes. Known for tortas. My wife says her chicken tortas is delicious.

Rainbow Yeah! This place is great. Tacos, tortas, quesadillas and fruit drinks…all of it is so good. This time I got the California Quesadilla, Bisteck Torta and Bisteck and Tacos and loved it all. There is a counter top inside and tables outside for eating.
Cute little place, located within other businesses. Don't blink because you will miss it. Good food, reasonably priced. Nice staff. I ordered the torta de barbacoa and agua de mèlon, both were delicious. Only thing is they close too early, started to eat my food there, but they were getting ready to close so I had to take it home to eat. It was about 530pm.
We ordered steak tacos and papaya fruit drink. The price was really good and the food was delicious. It is a nice little place to get your to-go lunch box.
The best tortas in town. Order the milanesa torta sencilla is my favorite, but all of them are recommended. The fries are crunchy and delicious. The fruit drinks are fantastic.
To me this is a hidden gem in El Paso Tx. Found this little shack when I was in college. All the tortas hit the spot every time and their Cucumber Lime smoothie is absolutely #1 on my list.
My favorite place for Tortas and natural fruit smoothies (licuados).
It is not pretentious.
It's just good food. And the I think the smoothest are pretty cheap compared to anywhere else in town.
Mostly come here for the colita de pavo.
Small place with no places to sit but, let me tell you. I’m from El Paso born and raised, and, the tortas here are THE BEST in town!!!! You can tell the bread is homemade just by the smell 😍
If you’re in the area I would recommend you try this place, from the aguas frescas to the burritos de deshebrada. You literally can’t go wrong with anything!
I'll never stop coming here, hands down best tortas, burritos , tacos and natural fruit drinks! They could mess up my order and I'd still come back because it's that good. Friendly and fast service is a plus!
