This is by far the only place in El Paso to get a great German meal! It's a hidden jewel.

Great people! Great beer! Great food! Tonight was our first time at the Little Bavarian. Our server and the owner helped us decide what to eat and drink. Everything was delicious! We come to El Paso to visit family and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Our first visit. We traveled across town to experience this hidden jewel. The server who was newly hired, but truly a cheerful person dedicated to good service. The meal was excellent with salad first (chilled cucumber and dill so fresh tasting). The main plate was served promptly and we could not believe the enormous portion for the Jager Schitznel plate. The Cordon Bleu Plate I ordered was equally scrumptious with a generous side of red cabbage. The beer was cold and very flavorful. We are definitely returning. O. Otero

The only disappointing thing was I waited almost four years to try this place. The Schnitzel was fantastic, red cabbage too.

Excellent German Food. My fav is the Schnitzel. Fills up fast. Come early. There are treasures to be found in NE El Paso. Only complained I have is that they should stay open past 7:30pm on Fr & Sat. since most people eat out on those evenings. Maybe 1 hr later? :-)

9.20.23 update... another great experience! They were short staffed and came through without a noticeable hitch. Chris had a smile on his face the whole time and Carlos and the young lady came through the rest of the night. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was again a blast. A must visit if you in El Paso! First experience with German food and this was the best! The service from Fernando was not just friendly, but above and beyond! He was by himself and still served from his heart. The buzz bombs are a must and everything we tried was just delicious. A small joint hidden and so worth the experience.

Our first time coming to this El Paso staple but it won't be our last! Huge portions, made fresh to order, absolutely delicious and authentic food, and the cake was 👌🏾. We left full, happy, and incredibly impressed. Big thanks to the waiter for being so gracious when it was already 7:30 as we finished our meal!

Such a gem. We had dinner here for my mom’s birthday, and the service was incredible. The food was delish! We had a round of schnitzels and spatzel and the best fresh sauerkraut I’ve had in years. My Hefeweizen was perfect. Not many German restaurants left in EP, and I’m so glad we have this one in the NE!

First time here, loved it! Will definitely will be bringing friends to explore the menu some more! Our server was great and the atmosphere is so fun. The cucumber salad was like my grandma used to make. I'm glad to have a good German restaurant in the area! Found a new fav spot.

Excellent food and stellar service! What a great find based on getting a little lost looking for another restaurant. We were looking for a place to stop for lunch in El Paso (where I was born) and this ended up being very close and got excellent reviews so we decided to stop by. My best friend spent a lot of time in Germany and can definitely vouch for the authenticity and the great taste. Everything was so tasty and fresh!

Wonderful little German restaurant tucked away in a strip mall. Unassuming from the outside, but surprisingly full of atmosphere and Bavarian charm. Their menu is typically German with all of the favorites. I tried the schnitzel platter and I was impressed! It came with three styles of schnitzel - all perfectly cooked. The "El Paso" style was a refreshing blend of classic schnitzel and spicy creamy salsa - simply wonderful! My co-worker tried ther Cordon Bleu and raved about every bite. Others enjoyed Jaeger and Rham Schnitzel and were equally happy. All meals came with a classic german cucumber salad. The service was first rate, and the cook (a native German Frau) came out to check on her work. Plenty of German speakers in the place as well. Will go again every chance I get!

The staff is awesome! The food was fresh and more than we could eat (leftovers were great the next day). The taste was authentic and beyond compare. The restaurant is small, yet charming. Definitely going back!

I don't always give 5 star reviews, but it's very rare I give 5 stars for food, service, AND atmosphere, as well as 5 stars overall. After spending 9 months in Germany before returning to El Paso I got a good taste for German food, and this place is somehow better than local family owned restaurants in Bad Windsheim, one of the many cities I visited while in Germany. The food here is amazing, portions are great, and the service is incredible. They have authentic German beer, chocolate, beersteins, and other stuff for sale as well as all the right decor to make you feel like you're dining in one of Europe's most beautiful countries. Would recoomend for anyone who wants a nice sit down dinner with the family, or anyone who just wants some good legit German food, rather than the garbage fast food like you typically get in America. Additionally, much like most restaurants in Germany, it's also very small, and not too crazy crowded, at least not the time I went. I definitely plan on coming back here and trying more of the menu to see if the taste takes me back in time to one of the most exciting adventures of my life!

Best German food in town! The fried potatoes (bratkartoffeln) are very good....made with bacon. Tastes like they don't add a lot of salt...which is awesome if you are on a low sodium diet...you can add your own...very smart nowadays....they should advertise that as a selling point. I enjoy a lot of German food and this is very good. The spaetzle are the closest I've had to what my mom used to make, not just broken up pasta shells. The cucumber salad (gürken salat) is also very light and has just the right amount of dill to kick the meal off.

Had a great experience at Little Bavarian! We definitely overwhelmed them with a party of almost 30 and while it took them a while to get us our food, they nailed it. Everything was delicious and accurate to what we ordered. I ordered the pork cordon bleu, it was amazing! If I lived in El Paso, I would definitely return!

Little Bavarian Restaunt has be best German food I've had in El Paso. I lived in Germany for six years and I miss the food and beer. Everything I have eaten here has been good but I especially recommend the potato pancakes as an appetizer and the Jaeger Schnitzel mit pommes. And, don't forget a hefeweizen to go with.

A business with a small, family-owned styling. This restaurant features modern German bar motifs with a very mom-and-pop atmosphere and presentation to the location, its food, and even its flavor. The ethnic flavor is emphasized in the preparation, with paricular care given to the homemade sauerrahm and spices used on the fried kartoffel. Despite the American integration of the cuisine, Little Bavarian Restaurant has successfully given its own flair to these now traditional local dishes
