Brianna, who works in coldstone, just made my daughter’s birthday day more special. We went to ask if we can get icecream cake for birthday in 2-tier. One of the coldstone employee said it might melt when you cut the top or bottom. So it’s very risky to make 2-tier. But Brianna, said she will do it for us, so confidently. And we trusted her. We gave her the decorative stuff and box to her a day before. And then what she did was magic!!! Top layer was chocolate delight and bottom was cheesecake named desire flavor. We traveled 30 mins in car to the celebration spot and the cake was just fine. I am very grateful for Brianna’s effort. Thank you Brianna!!!

The best part of this ice cream shop is employee Sarah's kindness, graciousness, and generosity. Her service is the only thing that didn't add to my terrible day. I don't even like cold stone but I would come again only if she was working.

First time visiting a Cold Stone location. Upon arriving , place was clean and organized. The place is extremely cold, to cold to even eat inside. They should really look into having a table or two outside. Aside from that, Manager and Staff were friendly and eager to help. My ice cream was delicious as well. Thank you!

If you shop at the Albertson's grocery store next door, you may get a 2 for 1 coupon and that's a great reason to visit Coldstone. 😉 Founder's Favorite and Chocolate Delight are great choices. 😁 I'm also thinking I may have to try a delicious ice cream cake in the future. Wow! Kudos to the wonderful young lady that complimented my ring on Friday night. Her customer service was outstanding! To the owner, please recognize this young lady as she is definitely an asset to your shoppe! The ice cream was delicious and she even took the time make it look pretty. It had been quite a while since I had been to this location but I will definitely be visiting more often

My kids and I tried this place out and I'm so glad we did. We've gone twice and both times the staff was very friendly. They were very patient with us as we were having a hard time deciding which flavors to get. They offered us samples. Everything we tried tasted so good. Everything was delicious. Thank you!!
