The best part of this ice cream shop is employee Sarah's kindness, graciousness, and generosity. Her service is the only thing that didn't add to my terrible day. I don't even like cold stone but I would come again only if she was working.
First time visiting a Cold Stone location. Upon arriving , place was clean and organized. The place is extremely cold, to cold to even eat inside. My kids and I tried this place out and I'm so glad we did. We've gone twice and both times the staff was very friendly. They were very patient with us as we were having a hard time deciding which flavors to get. They offered us samples. Everything we tried tasted so good. Everything was delicious.
