Review Corralito Steak House - El Paso

Such good service!!! Called the day before to try to place an order and the manager Felix was such a delight to speak to! He was super attentive to every little detail of the order and best of all he had it ready at the desired time i requested! Best service hands down!

Great service and good food. The waiter we had was new and did a great job. The ribeye steak wasn't cooked too the specifications we asked so without letting us say no, they removed the plate and made a new one to make it right which was appreciated. They even had valet parking which was nice since the parking lot is on the smaller side. Great place for a date night.

I’m not one to really write reviews, but today is a definite exception. I’ve been to all the Corralito locations, but this one is far the best. Since we walked in, we were given phenomenal service. My children must have asked our server for a hundred requests, and she smiled and treated them like big kids! The food! The food was awesome! From the appetizers, through the main dish, through dessert! I didn’t expect to enjoy my food this much. I’m super picky about my steak, and the medium but not medium well, was cooked so perfect, I can’t explain. Seasoning and sear, has just blown my mind! Keep up the good work. Have the cooks, servers, and trainers teach your other locations! I really thought Corralito had lost its touch. Today was an awakening slap in my face! Great job Mesa crew!

Great Service!! Starting with the Valet Parking Gentlemen, the hostess, the Manager and the Bartender (Rodrigo). They all made me feel like at home. Food was great too!!! Came out in minutes from submitting my order and flavor was excellent! If you want to enjoy a good steak in an amazing environment visit Corralito!

The staff were incredibly nice, and as we were preparing to leave, the manager came over to ask us if we enjoyed our food and if there was anything they could improve on. This is the only restaurant that put a small coat rack next to my table for me to hang my purse and cane from. Their beef empanadas were the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. When my daughter and I lamented over the fact that they wouldn't be open early enough to have some for breakfast before our 13 hour road trip the next morning, the waiter gave us some free ones to take back to our hotel. They reheated very well, and we enjoyed them just as much this morning.

I stopped by before concert and had a great time. The margaritas were on special and were delicious. I had the fish tacos and loved them. The servicer was great and I loved that the manager was always on top of the food and service. The best part is the location, we walked to the concert after.

Food is phenomenal, service is great Matt is knowledgeable and great advice. Atmosphere is homey. Manager even talked to Us… I definitely recommend this place

I fell in love with the Arrachera when I started coming to El Paso about 5 years ago. I try to make it to Corralito every time I’m in town. This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. Zerelda was the perfect server striking the balance between too much attention and not enough. Monday night football was on which was great for someone like me traveling and eating alone but the volume was low/off so that others could have a conversation.

We were in a tight time frame and Felix the manager promises and came thru with us having fast service. The Blackened Sea Bass was terrific.

Perfect enthusiastic service. Tasty and strong drinks. Quaint but dynamic layout and atmosphere of the restaurant. Worth the money and great lunch specials. Come thru!

Rodrigo did an amazing job! His recommendations and service were just great. You can tell he cares about his interactions with customers. Very happy!

Went there on a Wednesday with my wife around 1715 for the first time. There was no wait and was quickly seated. The waiter was friendly and greeted us well. We indicated that we were in a bit of a rush as we were attendinging an event at 1900. Our order was quickly taken and our appetizer arrived within 10 minutes. This is where it goes sour. Our food did not arrive to our table until 18:35. Both of our arrachera steaks were ordered medium temperature but were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside and were completely tasteless. Even after attempting to enhance the flavor by adding salt, they were nothing short of bland. The bill was $60+ for an empanada appetizer (which was half off at that time of day) and our arrachera 11 oz steaks (we both ordered water as the drink). In short, definitely not worth it. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back.

The food was decent but cold. The service was awful, we had to ask other waiters for refills/napkins/desert and check because our waitress kept on hanging out at the bar socializing with other employees

Service is good. Our waitress is friendly. Our appetizer came AFTER our meal.... and it was SALTY!!! This is our regular place to eat for steak and it's a hit and miss. There are times where our steak is perfect but then there are times that our steak or appetites taste like we are eating a tablespoon of salt lol This time our steaks are flavorful and cooked perfectly. Only our appetizer was salty. Try their margaritas. It's great.

Went in for the $12.99 lunch special on a weekday.... tampiquena steak.... so the waiter asked if we wanted harrachera or sirloin, so went with harrachera....! Plate came out to $36 per person having ordered the $12.99 lunch special..! Then was told harrachera is more and they charge $12.99 to “prepare and season” the harrachera....! Never eat at this place again....! �

We were there Saturday before the concert. After waiting for our food for more than an hour and everyone around us, who got there later than us getting their food, we decided to cancel our order and leave.

Delicious food...great atmosphere. Highly recommend! We definitely will be returning.

It was amazing. Had to wait a bit for the food but it was a busy night so it was expected, although the food made up for it!

Every single time I've been at Corralitos, the service has been outstanding, the food excellent and the personal touches off the chart... one of the top 3 upscale Restaurants in the El Paso scene! KEEP up the good work

Had dinner for my birthday and it was amazing service! Food was great, dessert was great and so were the drinks. Plus our waiter was so good and made it so special!

I was excited about this place but experience was below par. Food was tasteless service was worse! First time and last time I ever waste my time and money. The waiter was inattentive we complained about cold mash potatoes an undercooked steak and the service! Not one apology from the manger. Worse experience!!

The service was awful, it's smelled like drain the entire time and when I asked if something could be lit or sprayed waiters were extremely rude, the food took a while mine was cold and the taste was average for the price...disappointed
