Review El Taco Tote - El Paso

Taco Tote always puts out great tasting food. They're a little on the pricey side, but they always deliver on the flavor. The restaurant was clean and had well spaced out tables. Their Panchos plate is big enough to split between 2 people, btw.

Fantastic home made corn tortilla’s. Those and the salsa selections just really make their tacos a treat.

First time here today. Place was clean. Service was good. Got my food and came to hotel. Food smelled great but my order was wrong. Got two fajita tacos instead of one fajita and one chicken. Other than that, food was freaking delicious. The red salsa is on point! Next time I come to el Paso, will definitely hit this place up again.

Wonderful hot food.. taste was awesome. Salsa bar was neatly stocked along with the fountain area. Employees bussing tables and the place was very clean. I will most definitely be back

By far...the best tacos in El Paso. Your in to salsas and tacos, this is the best place. Hand made tortillas, great variety of salsas, meats and beers. Prices are great for what you get. Not a fancy tideup place, relaxed and family orientated. An obligated visit if your a local or just passing by.

Great Taco joint from Mexico... We were in town visiting and friends brought us here for dinner. Love it so much!

Their food is good, no lie. What costed them their star was not their service because they surprisingly have been pretty good about their service lately, rather their price and the wait. I used to not be so fond of their service or their quality but they have come around! We ordered and were told that the chicken would take roughly 15-20 minutes to make so we said that would be fine. 45 minutes later, I am still stuck at the table with my number. I went up to the preparation stand where an employee that delivers the food is usually standing and asked them if there was an update for our order. They apologized for the wait as we finally received our meal within minutes. It was good but the price for two people has gotten crazy expensive. I wouldn’t consider this your classic sit-down dining, rather more casual and self-serve. I enjoy taco totes flavors, but $26 for two individuals to eat tacos is pretty pricey. Great job recovering taco tote! I say A for effort but definitely a C for affordability for what it is.

Always clean, always polite , sometimes it takes awhile for the food to be ready but its always delicious, the salsas at the shelf are never bad and the cilantro as well

The food is delicious. You get to pick and choose what toppings to put on, no guessing. The meat is wonderfully seasoned.

Food is super especially the refried beans taste like home made, not too heavy. Tortillas great as well as the other dishes. Short handed so at times customer service lags.

I ate there for the first time and it was amazing! The rice is so flavorful and soft. The beans are of a perfect consistency and delicious. I ordered one adobada chicken and one adobada pork on corn tortillas. Both were very flavorful and delicious. She gave me four red salsas which was plenty. It made me sweat! We live in Las Vegas where there is a huge selection of Hispanic food places not just Mexican food. El Salvador, Cuba etc. So for me to say this food is amazing is saying a lot. So delicious I wish I could have taken some home for my morning eggs. Fue una gran experiencia. ¡La comida fue increíble! Yo voy a regresar en el futuro por más.

I may be just a dumb gringo from Dallas but these tacos were the best not-made-at-home tacos I’ve ever had! The flour tortillas are excellent and the meat was well seasoned... queso fundido with the sirloin was probably the best decision I made here. I’ll be back for sure!

A buscar otra taqueria... pagar $4.00 por un taco que no contiene más que una onza de carne es un robo y una ridiculez!!!! Recuerdo cuando este lugar si servía buenas porciones... ahora todo les falla... ya ni cilantro ponen... tenemos que mendigüiar y pedirles una porción!!!! No más!!!! Bay bay TT!!!! Going to look for another taco joint... paying $4.00 for a taco that doesn't even contain an ounce of meat is ridiculous and a theft of our money!!!! I remember when this place served good portions...now everything they do is amiss... they don't even serve cilantro anymore... we have to beg for a porción!!!! No more!!!! Good bye TT!!!!

Been there 4 times in 3 day because we are new to El Paso. Delicious, hot, variety, excellent customer service! Definitely my family’s favorite!

First time visit and was completely impressed....great tacos, enchiladas, salsa bar and desserts!!!

Experience was ok, could have been better, maybe cause it was late evening. Will try again though, hopefully my next experience will be better

Absolutely delicious, the chicken and sirloin meat were to die for.

We order alpastor and this guy gave us adobado told waiter it was the wrong meat he said "are you sure that's what you order talked to the manager and he said the difference between adobado and adobadoawas the the cut dude took it to the back and chopped the meat some mote really guy how old do i look
