Not my usually Chick-fil-A stop (I frequent other side of town) but food was fresh and prepared as requested and service with a smile.
I needed something special, and manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and hand delivered it to me under the hot sun.
I truly appreciate being treated like family and prompt/ courteous service.

What an incredible visit! First time ever. The courtesy and excellent service and manners of the staff blew us away!! From the smiling team to complimentary mouthwash in the super clean bathrooms.. fast service and guest checks from staff and management during our meal ..this place is so outstanding from any resteraunt that we have been to on any level! This is what I posted yesterday on my timeline and a few of my friends agreed....."I don't come here that often.....lines are to long when I do pass by. BUT the first thing I noticed was how friendly and courteous everyone is. Something many other fast food establishments lack. "Thank you sir" " my pleasure sir" a few times.....even for my refill. And very clean and organized 2 Thumbs Up.....even when she picked up my trash.....I say thank you and she says "my pleasure".....I've never been impressed at any fast food place. This is a first

After going to the Montana location and being told that they could no longer make the breakfast bowl after 10:30(when I walked in prior to 10:30 and stood in line to order), I call the Zaragoza location telling them the situation I had at Montana. They went above & beyond making me the breakfast bowls I tried ordering at the Montana location, fresh just for my daughters, along with a fresh batch of hash browns after the cut off time of 10:30 for the inconvenience of my experience at the Montana location. I am so happy with the Zaragoza location & even though it is a bit of a drive further for me over the other location, this is where I will bring my daughters from now on to dine in!

The employees are amazing and nice and the atmosphere is beyond welcoming and home like. It was clean and well lit. Me and my mom felt as though we were at a dine in restaurant instead of a fast food place ! Besides that i love flowers and they had Alstroemeria on the tables ( also known as a Peruvian lilly or princess lilly)
