The host was Avril and the cashier Nicole. Nicole I’m thinking was the young girl with reddish brownish hat was very sweet and welcoming. The food was awesome as always at Thai location, however, our cashier was very nice. It’s nice going to a place with you feel welcome.

Ordered 2 quesadillas, April, took my order. She was lovely and had the voice of an Angel. When I pulled up to the window, I was appalled at her beauty. Please order ever meal(breakfast lunch and dinner) from this location.
April is a staple to this establishment and their values, give her a bonus/ raise.

They have the best chicken period. There macaroni salad and combination queso fundido are a perfect combo. Love There flower and corn tortillas. Great meal.

The selection is great! I had the Carbona Burger, it had that mesquite flavor from the charcoal grill, fries were crisp, and they serve a platter of different salsas. Their jalapeños are a good size. What impressed me was their menu. Fajitas , chicken, queso fundido, sides and desserts. I will sure keep coming back to try most of them. Oh hell, who am I kidding. I'll try all of it.

Amazing! Chicken grilled over mesquite, pickled onions, grilled jalapenos, salsa and corn torillas like grandma used to make. The kind of corn tortillas you buy in Juarez. You've got to try the DC chicken which is dipped in Buffalo sauce after it's been grilled. It's worth the drive to the west side.

I highly recommend this place. My family and I went there yesterday for the first time. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! We are from the Eastside and we will definitely drive out here just to eat Don Carbon! We loved it! I hope they open this business asap in the Eastside!

CS=0, FD too much cummin on the rise and charro beans smelled like fish, Chicken good a little salty, Steak fagitas little cold, salsas so so. Tortillas out before the food and got cold! Restaurant dirty overalll!

Have been to the new Don Carbon on Zaragoza twice now. First time, two simple combo orders to go, took 38 minutes to get served. Just went right now, and they ran out of chicken. A chicken place that ran out of chicken !! The cashier said it would take about 30 minutes to get any orders even started. Nice. The chicken is great, I guess chalk this up to poor management and the fact that they are so new
