Review Tutu's Burger - El Paso

My family's first time there was great. The server was very helpful with the menu and checked on us at good times. Always had our cup filled. The burgers were delicious and I'm so going back again. Until next time Came back with my in laws. I was bragging about the lemonades. We did not get fruit in our drinks, the cup size was smaller with no fruit and they still charged us 6.00. Our bill came out to 100 for 6...... WHAT? Burgers are now smaller and not worth it. I'm sorry but you lost my business.

After a long wait we got the family platter...It was cold. The tacos were sad and looked like dog food, ground flavorless chicken, underseasoned beef, mystery pork. The chili dog was decent. The Chicago dog was okay. The hamburger sliders were overcooked but I enjoyed the seasoning. Best part about the family platter was the fries, they still had the skin on them. They had just the right amount of salt and were cooked to perfection. Our waitress Tanya realized we had waited a while and brought out a delicious mango pineapple milk shake. It was the perfect combination of dairy and fruit, it wasn't overly sweet.

These burguers are not your regular cheese and bacon burguers. They have all kinds of gourmet selections. A Mediterranean with hummus, a mushroom burger, a lamb burger, and many others. I tried the "Juicy Lucy", with chipotle cheese, pickled onions and guacamole. Ordered a side of toreado jalapeños. Deliciousness! I need to come back for the New Mexico, with roasted tomato, or the Pancho Villa, with a home made chorizo patty. So many options! The place is rustic but clean, very clean even, and the staff is really friendly. Thank you guys. Rather on the pricy side however. Paid more than $15 for hamburger and coke. It's good, it's worth it, but come prepared.

Place was real good with great service. I went yesterday for Taco 🌮 Tuesday and for just $1 you can't beat it. Good flavor and great sauce. Also got a chance to talk with the owner. He was a genuine guy who really cares about his customers. The server was great, she was on top of things making sure we didn't need anything. I also had the mango tea and omg that was the best fruit drink I had ever had. I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for the experience.

This place is a little rough around the edges, and the prices are a little higher than other places, but the food was good and the portions were decent. My family liked the brunch burger the best.

Had the Family plater for 19.99. Not bad for the price. The sliders are smaller than I expected. Hotdogs were ok , had the chicken and beef tacos (Small) good flavor ( hope they get a better salsa only 2 options) Will be back for the Lamb burger. Looks very appetizing. Great wait staff and fast service during our visit , Took advantage of the car was , job well done .

The food is top notch and not like anything you will be likely to find anywhere else. Service is A+++++, the carwash is just as amazing and everything is delicious!! I plan to come here as much​as possible to try Everything they make. My son even loves it here.

Poor customer service, hair on the food and waited more than 30 minutes to receive our food. I decided to take my coworkers to this local restaurant today to try the delish food I previously had. A complete disappointment We arrived around 12:10PM during the lunch hour i understand that there is going to be a wait since is lunch hour but to receive our food until 12:35 and then to receive the food with a HUGE long hair on it all over the burger was just gross. The service did not even apologize nor care at all. My coworker asked her for a refund and she said well your burger is being cooked again you can just wait. We then asked to speak to the supervisor and he was trying to "correct the situation." Just horrible! This place is in need of good management and service! We ended up with just getting three of the five burgers and the other two peeps did not even got their food! Just horrible! If you want to be in the business of making food you have to understand the concept of food and service! Customers are the priority and always important! Remember without customers you do not have a business!
